The Fed believes that inflation will stimulate the economy
and add jobs, and it has started a deliberate stimulus to the economy with that
in mind. Investors are wondering how
high and for how long such a strategy will take to encourage borrowing, hiring
and investment.
COMMENTS:
Wonderful! Here we go
with another Obama experiment. Other nations are ticked off at this move, because it devalues the dollars we owe them. Didn't Carter try this dumb move and get us into 20% inflation?
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I’m wondering if you think there is any connection
between Obama’s lackadaisical performance in the first debate and Biden’s clown
routine. (Efren ~ Scottsdale, AZ)
A. Well, if they both figure they already have the election
in the bag anyway, that could explain it.
But then, the ballot boxes would already be stuffed or the vote counters
would already have been bought off, wouldn’t they?
Q. I cannot believe what we witnessed with Obama, or more
particularly with Biden. These people
run our country? (Marion ~ Jerome, AZ)
A. I can’t believe how many emails I got over Biden’s
performance as opposed to Obama’s. Maybe
a lot of people have been hoping Obama would resign or be impeached and Biden
would take over; now, they’re shocked.
Can’t you just see Biden pulling those stunts with Vladimir Putin? Obviously, they look at themselves as being
untouchable demagogues; people who can do what they want, when they want and no
one had better dare question that
fact. But, I agree with you: I do question it.
Q. Several top-ranking officials in government are suing
Janet Napolitano and Department of Homeland Security for interfering with their
legal obligations to enforce the border laws. (Sherrod ~ Glasgow, MT)
A. There has been selective deportation. The Justice Department will be quick to point
out that the number of deportations has increased since 2011; what they don’t
tell you is that they are now counting someone who was turned away at the
border as being a deportation. More
statistical lies, just like unemployment at 7.8%. What has come out is that they changed the
methodology of determining unemployment; what they are refusing to let out is what the new formula is.
