On The Bench: Supreme Court Uproar

Justice Sonia Sotomayor in a blistering display of rage and dissent Thursday, viciously attacked a 6-3 decision written by Justice Brett Kavanaugh which rejected certain limits on juvenile life sentences. The gist of the ruling is that a juvenile offender, convicted of killing a parent or grandparent, can be sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.  Obviously, Sotomayor disagrees, advocating for second chances.

The Washington State Department of Health appears to be allowing COVID-19 vaccine providers to distribute inoculations based on race, particularly one which places whites on a "standby" list while scheduling non-whites online.We now have a state government agency stoking the flames of reverse racism.  

A recent report shows over 500 cases of denied asylum seekers being raped, kidnapped and assaulted since Biden took over!  

Climate activists have been spreading bullshit on the White House lawn...

Biden wants a Federal tax rate of 43% on the "wealthy." That, coupled with state and local taxes, could businesses in the 65% to 75% tax tier.  

Dems are doing everything imaginable in their concerted efforts to shut down One America News, (OAN). 

Amazon is opening new facilities in Memphis and Mississippi that will employ hundreds.  No plans yet announced to open up in AOC's New York City district... 

The Senate has passed an anti-Asian-hate bill. But the good news is that it's still okay to hate Democrats. 

Absurdity 101: The Dems are also talking about sending every parent $80 a month per child to cover diaper costs.

The Republicans are beyond fixing. They are to the point that they need to crawl back under the rocks from whence they came.  Some of them will give up their charade and join the Democrats and the rest will blindly continue along their merry ways, denying that anything is wrong.  

The only way out for patriotic and conservative Americans is to form a new party.

Why hasn't it occurred to anyone that the real reason Biden is closing down the Keystone Pipeline is Democrat political payback to South Dakota's Governor Kristi Noem for not shutting down the state during the Chinese Virus?     

Let's be realistic: If you were stuck with your family in freezing Texas conditions and you had the chance to fly everyone to Cancun is escape it, would you hesitate for even one second? Or, would you stay at home and let your wife and kids freeze their butts off? 

Do you honestly think for even one second that Biden or any of his Mafia care one iota about the lost jobs? Having more people depending on them for handouts makes them more powerful, you know.  

The strongest weapon in the United States is a patriotic American.  

As long as we're renaming everything, we should be renaming the White House.  Why not just tell it like is is and call it the Fraud House? 

We're all clamoring for the kids to go back to school.  Hasn't it ever occurred to anyone that the education they're getting is why we're in this mess?  

I don't know how it is in the rest of the country, but the major problem we're having in California is that businesses can't find help so that they can reopen! Those out of work and drawing unemployment choose to continue doing just that! 

It is estimated that as many as 30 million illegals are currently in the United States. That's roughly 10% of the population. The next move, I assume, is to require that 10% of the Members of Congress be illegal aliens? 

In days gone past, we could have a sit-down with a diverse group of people of differing political persuasion and have a good discussion. But the Democrats have become so possessed by hate and evil that discussion is no longer within the realm of possibility. Whether they know it or not, there's only one way this can end, and it won't be pretty!

It looks as if Twitter has decided to suspend or block anybody and everybody who has ever mentioned the word "Trump." 

Biden says he wants you to wear your mask 24/7, and if you're on federal property anywhere without a mask on, you're going to be arrested, fined and flogged.  After saying that, he appeared at the Lincoln Memorial... without a mask.

If Trump does form a new political party, I'll join in a heartbeat!

Now that Biden has signed a bunch of EO's nullifying Trump EO's, the only thing left to do is hang Trump in effigy and remove his name from the history books.  

New York is demanding the rest of us bail them out of their fiscal mess.  Cuomo is such an ass!

Biden has announced plans to continue censoring our access to pertinent information by denying interviews to organizations which "lie or release misinformation," with him to be the judge.

In The Home Stretch

With only a tad over two weeks left to go before Election Day, voters have pretty much made up their minds as to who and what they are going to vote for.  Millions have already voted.  There's little I can say here that is going to sway any votes one way or another.  Either you're voting for America, or you're voting for a return to graft, crime and corruption.  Either you're voting for morals, ethics, honesty and integrity... or you're not. 

All I can do now is to pray that you have made the right choices.

Flemington, N.J., Mayor Betsy Driver, a Democrat, allegedly made the following comments on a private Facebook post: “This is day one of the new SCOTUS term,  The religious zealots want to enact the Christian version of Sharia law. If you voted for the orange monster with COVID, go fuck yourself. If you plan on voting for him again, unfriend me and go fuck yourself again.” People like this don't belong in political office; they belong in a third world country!

Not only are Uncle Joe and Hunter evidently heavily entwined with Ukraine and China, but it appears that Kamala's husband, a New York attorney, is representing businesses owned by the Chinese Communist Party.  Why are Joe and Kamala even allowed to be on the ballot?  

There's a really bad shortage of ammo on gun store shelves these days! One has to wonder: Are Soros and Blumenthal buying up the ammo so that we can't defend ourselves against the mayhem planned for after the election?

Two obviously Democrat women, upon spotting a mother and her 7-year-old son who were sporting Trump signs in Milwaukee, attacked the woman, swiped the boy's MAGA hat and started screaming obscenities.  "That’s somebody else’s hat,” the boy reported to the accosting women. Some of their response is bleeped out, suggesting foul language.

“Get your hat back, baby,” the mother says. The boy can be heard crying in the background.  “Look at what you just did to my son!” said the mother. “Get your hat back baby! Get your hat back.”

“I just want…I just want,” the boy says through tears.

“We don’t give a fuck!” one of the accosting women yells back at him. “Your mom fuckin’ likes Trump!”

Mayor Lori Lighthead, who allows riots, looting and murders to go rampant on the streets of Chicago, issued orders that no protests or crime would be allowed in her neighborhood.  She says she has a right to protect herself, as she puts 100 cops on her block... 

Residents in Portland have been besieged by BLM rioters in the middle of the nights screaming for the residents to wake the "f" up and being told the BLM gangs were going to come and get them.  I'm sorry, Portland residents, but why do you have guns and ammo?      

Not being able to prove their ridiculous claim that President Trump conspired with the Russians to steal the 2016 election from Hillary, the Dems are now claiming that the President is conspiring with the U.S. Post Office to steal the election in 2020.  This country is damned sick and tired of their bullshit.  

House Democrats blocked any further action on a Covid-19 relief bill over the weekend... then turned around and blamed Trump.  

Libs are attacking Melania Trump for being a foreigner, while in the same breath demanding voting rights for illegal aliens.

DEM EXTORTION: MALFEASANCE IN OFFICE

It's time for all Americans to jump on a plane or train, get in their cars and drive to Capitol Hill and storm the halls of Congress to physically remove Pelosi and Schumer and nail their office doors shut!  Their actions during a national emergency are nothing short of sheer extortion and criminal negligence.  They need to be removed for malfeasance in office.  

WE NEED A NEW LAW

The liberals, fascists and other Democrats are making it very uncomfortable for conservatives and Republicans; yelling, intimidation and beatings are not at all uncommon.  A man dining at an eatery in Hermosa Beach, California, recently went to the restroom and got attacked several times in the face because... he was wearing a red ball cap.  Turns out, it wasn't even a MAGA hat. 

I propose that, in addition to race, color, sex, etc., it should be illegal to discriminate on the basis of political orientation or affiliation.  Furthermore, physical altercations against people based on their political orientation should be classified as hate crimes.

Including... Removing Trump from office under the 25th Amendment because he is "incapable" of dealing with the Coronavirus.

Good old Joe... the gaffe that never quits giving... got into an argument with an auto worker in Detroit who challenged him about taking away Second Amendment rights.  Biden told the worker he was full of shit and a horse's ass.  You will recall that Biden has tapped Beto O'Rourke to lead his gun control agenda.

Iranians must be Democrats.  Dozens of Iranians have died after drinking industrial-strength alcohol because they thought it would prevent them from getting Coronavirus.

Pete Buttigieg says that infanticide is perfectly okay as far as he is concerned.  

I can't understand the audacity of Microsoft forcing users away from Windows 7 and onto Windows 10 when they have to issue a new "fix" just about every other day.  Oh, Windows 10 is great, they say, but every update takes forever to download and install, and they always arrive just when you need to shut down and do something else.  They've been issuing these "updates" ever since the beginning of time.  It's asinine. 

Yes, the Chinese are monitoring everything we do internally, just like we monitor them.

It is interesting to note the  number of Democrats now coming forth after Nancy's disgusting tantrum to say that they no longer support the bitter party rancor and that they will never vote for another Democrat.  Those who continue to cling on to the sinking ship are no better than she.

PGE, the California electric giant that at first denied any responsibility for the disastrous Camp Fire in Paradise... then admitted it... has been caught red-handed continuing to use a nearby shabby power line similar to the one that caused the fire.  And they say the State has no right to consider taking the power company over?  Not that I want the State of California to operate anything, but PGE is being totally irresponsible and very dangerous. 

I'm just contemplating... about three weeks ago, there were about 12 cases of Coronavirus in China.  Now, there are 20,000+ cases in China, 500 deaths and 12 cases in the U.S.  That's damned scary. 

The DNC and the Iowa Dems are have an argument.  The DNC wants a total new recount of caucus votes and Iowa is saying, "Not unless one of the candidates asks for it."  In the meanwhile, it could still be a week or two before Iowa is able to certify any outcome. 

In a very ominous move, Venezuela's fascist dictator Maduro has seized and hidden six U.S. oil executives while Guaido is in Washington.  Look for Maduro to demand Guaido to step out of the picture before he will release the captives.

PELOSI LEADS DEMS TO NEW LOWS IN NATIONAL DECORUM

In a totally infantile attempt to upstage and diminish President Trump, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tore up her written copy of his State of the Union address last night and made a big spectacle out of doing it.  Smirking with eyes glistening, she told enthralled media reporters that there was not one item of truth in the speech.  If I were a Democrat, I would be totally embarrassed at what Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff and Nadler have done to this country in general and to the party in particular.  

They are all welcome to leave the country they despise so much any time they want.

Anybody who thinks the Trump Derangement Syndrome will end with Trump's acquittal is deaf, dumb and blind.  Even if Trump has a landslide victory in November, it will not stop.  The Dems fear that Eric or Donald Jr. will run in 2024, and they're probably correct.  That's why the House will continue impeachment "investigations" ad infintum, and you may well expect to see President Trump embroiled in another Senate Impeachment Trial going into the November elections. 

Does anyone really think the Republicans have the guts to go after the Bidens for their corruption?  I think they'd rather tolerate corruption than do what it takes to end it.

Yes, I do think there are enemies within this country... enemies of the state... who should be prosecuted.  I place AOC, Thlaib, Pressley and Omar among them.  One might also be inclined to include Schiff.  I believe wholeheartedly that they are being controlled and backed by their fascist-Marxist benefactors, our foreign enemies.

I think the U.S. Senate should investigate the "whistleblower" and his relationship to Adam Schiff.  We Americans have right to know more about who started all of this bull.  

It appears the Democrats are trying to hang Chads again in Iowa... All jokes aside, it's a sad and dangerous day in America when we can't trust our election results.  This opens the door to Democrats claiming the election system is flawed when Trump wins reelection in November.

Joe Biden's sons both benefited enormously from their connections to the then Vice President.  Monday, we learned that Joe's brother Frank got almost $54million in Federal loans for ventures in which he had no experience!  The ventures aren't even in the United States; they're in Jamaica and Costa Rica, for example, where money can go South faster than a speeding bullet.  Everyone in the family, once paupers, is now filthy rich, thanks to Joe and his connections. 

One can't help but wonder what Joe's wife Jill has been up to.

Since Schiff has been unable, over the last two-plus years, to produce any shred of evidence that he says he has to convict President Trump, he's now claiming that the CIA and NSA are hiding such evidence.  I don't understand: if he in fact had it, did the CIA and NSA break into his house and steal it?  He has more stories to tell than the Library of Congress. 

A military veteran is complaining that he was tossed out of a McDonald's in Everett, Washington, for wearing a 4-inch-long talon-shaped blade around his neck. He says that's discriminatory, because Washington State law allows for the open carry of weapons. Well, I'm a vet, too... and I say this jackass belongs in a nut house.  He wants to scare people by showing off a lethal weapon?  Is he suffering from PTSD, or does he really just want to go home and beat the crap out of his wife and kids?  I stand with McDonalds. 

Derek Jeter and Larry Walker were elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame... but Pete Rose was not. 

I suspect that the "whistle blower" will never be produced by the Democrats, because he wishes to recant. 

Virginia's Governor Ralphy Northam says those 2nd Amendment protestors at the State Capitol on Monday surely would have shot somebody if he hadn't banned guns from the event; therefore, the State must ban all guns before the gun nuts get another chance.

The bank fired the long-time employee for "unauthorized interaction with a customer."  Evil lurks everywhere.

Word out of Washington is that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is going to issue some criminal referrals in his forthcoming report.   Sources say one of those referrals will be James Comey.  Others likely to be referred for criminal prosecution include Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein.  In the meanwhile, John Durham continues his criminal investigation into the FBI... and more.

Evidence confirms that... not only did Vice President Joe Biden use his political power to threaten Ukraine into favorable treatment toward his son Hunter, but... three prominent Democrat Senators, (Menendez, Durbin and Leahy), threatened to stop U.S. aid to Ukraine unless the country investigated President Trump.  The Dems even went so far as to ask Ukraine to somehow provide Robert Mueller with information to be used against the President.  

In the meanwhile, former Secretary of State Jon Kerry has been holding secret meetings with the Iranians in an overt effort to undermine President Trump in the Middle East.

NEWSOM IS A STUPID JERK

This from KTLA Channel 5: "California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday announced that he has commuted the sentences of 21 prison inmates, most convicted of murder or attempted murder and seven of whom had been serving life terms with no chance of parole. The freshman Democratic governor cited the youth of several of the offenders when they committed their crimes. He also criticized what he called the “disproportionately long sentencing enhancements” for some felons, including 25-years-to-life enhancements for using a firearm. 

Newsom is an anti-gunner, yet he doesn't longer sentences for those who use a firearm in the commission of a crime?  Inmates convicted of murder or attempted murder get out of jail?  Why not just close all of the California prisons and save us taxpayers some money?

Judging by what I hear from Texans, Buttigieg should probably consider moving to another state after he alleged Texans would gladly turn in their guns if asked. 

Just yesterday, it seems, Adam Schiff was lambasting President Trump for negotiating with the Taliban.  Now that the President says he's done negotiating with the Taliban, Schiff is saying Trump needs to negotiate with them.  Schiff is so full of it that he's in desperate need of an enema...

With things heating up in Iran and Saudi Arabia, it sure didn't take very long for the U.S. oil companies to jump on those events as a reason for jacking up prices at the pump... less than a nanosecond.

The House Judiciary Committee is a disgrace to our country.  They remind me of a dirty, rotten fascist regime.

Top 2020 Democratic contenders Kamalalala Harris, Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren, and Julian the Jackass Castro announced on Sunday that Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh "must be impeached," after new, uncorroborated and disputed allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh surfaced in a weekend New York Times piece, months after the infamous Kavanaugh hearings and decades after the alleged misconduct.

These asinine evil-doers make me want to puke.  All three should be relegated to the trash bins of shit-disturbers.

I have no intentions of second-guessing President Trump.  I'll just mention the sequence of events: (1) Bolton the hawk departs, (2) two days later Iran targets Saudi oil fields.  

I suppose that when the UAW goes on strike against General Motors, all Cadillacs, Buicks and GMC trucks will stop running.  

If the Dems give you heartburn, suffer with it.  The Feds are saying Zantac could give you cancer.

WILL THERE BE AN ELECTION IN 2020?

Along with the fact that the Dems have an extremely weak field of potential presidential nominees, we have the outright demands that President Trump resign, that he stay away from El Paso or else,  on ad infinitum with growing rancor and vitriol.  Could it be that the Dems are not going to even allow the 2020 elections to take place?  Do they plan national riots and insurrection on Election Day?  Do you honestly think such actions are outside the scope of their anger and hatred?  

Will Ayatollah Obama appoint Kamalala and Spartacus  as our new President and Vice-President?

If Democrats demand that President Trump stay out of El Paso, why can't President Trump demand that Democrats stay out of Washington?

Andrew Cuomo says NYPD cops are sissies for being upset at those who dump water on them.  While it may all sound nice and funny and just being in jest, what happens when a cop has to function in some emergency situation when he's soaked to the gills?  Dems never thinks things through...

It seems to me that the focus on gun crimes should be on what makes the difference between a guy who carries all of his life and never shoots a soul, as opposed to what makes a guy buy a gun for the purpose of killing someone with it.  Focus on what makes that difference.  While religion is part of the key, so is gun safety training, what is taught in the home, family values and much, much more.  You can't simply say, "If a guy is mentally ill, he can't touch a gun."  Such a rule would preclude every Democrat in the country from ever owning a gun. 

So, you're against the death penalty but you're in favor of abortions?  While the criminal has had several trials and numerous appeals but still stands convicted, the unborn baby is an innocent as a lamb.  How do you reconcile that?

New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio says that President Trump will not be allowed back into New York City after he leaves office.  In the meanwhile, Jerry Nadler says he doesn't give a crapola what Nancy Pelosi demands or what the evidence shows, he's going to start impeachment hearings immediately; he fired up a lawsuit Friday demanding that all top secret grand jury records produced by the Mueller team be delivered to his committee immediately and he doesn't care what the law says about such access.

Now that the Supremes have ruled the President can go ahead and use $2.5 billion in military funds toward building the border wall, the Democrat Party now appears to be infested with terminal hemorrhoids.

Congress is on a six-week vacation?  As far as I'm concerned, every damned one of them has been on vacation for at least 30 years.  Hopefully, the useless bastards will all fall off the face of the earth.  Of course and as we expected, the first move Fancy Nancy made was to put together another taxpayer-funded trip overseas.   Why... just why... do we put up with this insolent garbage?

Rumor has it that Ilhan Omar is going to remarry her brother after she divorces her husband, because she needs to be married to a U.S. citizen.

It's been ages since I had the opportunity to write some good news on this blog, but the time has finally come.  A Florida couple, madly in love, decided to get married, invite all of their friends and have a big wedding.  The pleasant twist is that they asked for presents of a different kind... school supplies for around 70 local kids who really can't afford them.  When's the last time you saw an act of generosity and kindness of that sort?
