A municipal judge in New Jersey’s Roselle Park borough is facing condemnation and scorn for effectively violating Andrea Dick's First Amendment rights. Dick had been displaying a slew of pro-Trump and profanely anti-Biden signs on the fence outside her mother’s home up until Roselle Park Municipal Court Judge Gary Bundy issued a ruling last Thursday ordering her mother, Patricia Dilascio, to remove the signs containing profanity within a week or face a $250/day fine. He deemed the words "F**K BIDEN!" to violate the community's obscenity law. 

One of the six Texas Democrats who tested positive for COVID-19 after fleeing to Washington DC to avoid a vote on an election reform bill has demanded full mask-wearing requirements be adopted throughout Texas "to prevent the spread of the disease’s breakthrough variant."

Evidently, they're unhappy that someone in the Republican Party has the guts to stand up and tell it like it is. 

While the U.S. marches relentlessly toward becoming a full-fledged Socialist country, Cubans are marching en mass in their streets demanding freedom and an end to Socialism.

A. I suppose that means that a Christian church or Jewish Temple cannot refuse to allow an atheist through their doors?  Why didn’t they also pass an ordinance making it illegal to discriminate against Christians or Jews?  They’re a bunch of bigots.

A. I agree and disagree.  Granted, it was in poor taste; on the other hand, the minute you start making an issue out of such things, you are impinging on the right of free speech.  Pretty soon, we’ll have a nation of people afraid to speak out about anything for fear of being ridiculed or jailed.  That’s not my idea of freedom.  On the other hand again, there are times when I’d like very much to shut Obama up. 

Q. Glen Beck predicts that at least half of American church-goes will quit attending if gay marriage is legalized throughout the country.  What say you?  (Samantha ~ Susanville, CA)

A. Churches have already seen a large decline in membership and attendance over the recent years and decades.  But, I don’t think the issue of gay marriage has anything to do with it.  Our religious institutions are failing us due to their silence on the moral issues of the day.  It seems to me that they are in a huge hurry to pass the collection plate, but not willing to stand up for what their religious beliefs are.  Hypocrites are alive and well and at the altar.

PAINTING DEPICTS OBAMA AS CRUCIFIED CHRIST

The painting called “Truth” shows the president on the cross with his arms outstretched; a crown of thorns rests on his head.  It was created by Michael D’Antuono, a student at Bunker Hill Community College in Boston. 

 

COMMENTS:

The painting was originally not shown due to public outrage several months ago.  I don’t know what the problem is… Truth IS truth, isn’t it?  Perhaps he should have had a golf club in one hand and a bolt of lightning in the other? Yes, it is sacreligious, but so is the President.

A. The Federal Election Commission, (FEC), is the one to look into such things.  The Commission works for the President.  Is there anything else about government corruption you’d like to know?

A. That’s possible because the Obama Administration continues to refuse to provide details about the shooting.  But, I doubt it; there would be a leak from the Seals by now, pardon the play on words.
