Joe Biden's first press conference appeared out of nowhere and disintegrated back into oblivion faster than a speeding bullet!

The White House gave a two-day notice of the event. Uncle Joe refused questions from any conservative outlet and it was evident by the questions asked and answers given that the questions had been pre-approved and had been prepared in advance; no hardball questions were tolerated and even then, most of his answers were vague. When it came to gun control, he shucked and ducked like the true professional he is, said it's all a matter of "timing" and changed the subject. In short, it was a total waste of time.

Cuomo made no bones about it: his relatives were to be at the front of the Covid testing line.

Just imagine: if we had kept the radical Muslims out of the country, there would have been less than half as many deaths from mass shootings!  

While Biden is claiming credit for Covid-19 successes, unemployment has climbed again... up to 19 million.    

They're wanting to strip all benefits from any veteran who attended the January 6th rally in Washington, whether they participated in the riots and takeover of the Capitol or not!  Talk about a blatant violation of free speech rights!

Why was there such sparse coverage of the BLM locking over 100 shoppers into a supermarket? 

They now want to call it the Biden-Harris Administration. Why don't they call it like it is: The Biden-Obama Administration?

The Republicans are beyond fixing. They are to the point that they need to crawl back under the rocks from whence they came.  Some of them will give up their charade and join the Democrats and the rest will blindly continue along their merry ways, denying that anything is wrong.  

The only way out for patriotic and conservative Americans is to form a new party.

Why hasn't it occurred to anyone that the real reason Biden is closing down the Keystone Pipeline is Democrat political payback to South Dakota's Governor Kristi Noem for not shutting down the state during the Chinese Virus?     

Let's be realistic: If you were stuck with your family in freezing Texas conditions and you had the chance to fly everyone to Cancun is escape it, would you hesitate for even one second? Or, would you stay at home and let your wife and kids freeze their butts off? 

Do you honestly think for even one second that Biden or any of his Mafia care one iota about the lost jobs? Having more people depending on them for handouts makes them more powerful, you know.  

The strongest weapon in the United States is a patriotic American.  

As long as we're renaming everything, we should be renaming the White House.  Why not just tell it like is is and call it the Fraud House? 

We're all clamoring for the kids to go back to school.  Hasn't it ever occurred to anyone that the education they're getting is why we're in this mess?  

I don't know how it is in the rest of the country, but the major problem we're having in California is that businesses can't find help so that they can reopen! Those out of work and drawing unemployment choose to continue doing just that! 

It is estimated that as many as 30 million illegals are currently in the United States. That's roughly 10% of the population. The next move, I assume, is to require that 10% of the Members of Congress be illegal aliens? 

In days gone past, we could have a sit-down with a diverse group of people of differing political persuasion and have a good discussion. But the Democrats have become so possessed by hate and evil that discussion is no longer within the realm of possibility. Whether they know it or not, there's only one way this can end, and it won't be pretty!

A salon owner in Stroud, UK, was told she could not advertise for a "happy" employee, because that would discriminate against unhappy employees.  As a business owner, I can say with conviction: if you try to tell me I have to hire that "unhappy" employee, you can go pound sand! 

Another salon owner in Minneapolis lost her business during the George Floyd riots when it was torched and the city didn't protect it.  Now, the city has knocked the rest of the building down and billed her $200,000 for doing it.  

In a report published last week by The Atlantic, sources claim President Trump canceled a 2018 visit to a World War I cemetery where American dead were buried because the trip would mess his hair up!  It never ceases to amaze me... they wait two-plus years to lay out such a claim in the middle of a presidential election!  This is obviously a political hit piece and the magazine should go bankrupt for running it.  

President Trump made another plea for Congress to pass a stimulus bill.  I've got news for him!  They're all too busy getting "blow" jobs to take up any legislation! Right, Nancy?  

Kamalala says that if they approve a Covid-19 vaccine before the election, that probably means it's a poison pill designed by Trump.  What do those Democrats drink, anyway?  

She goes on to try and stir up the Black and Hispanic vote by claiming President Trump is guilty of promoting systemic racism.  She is in denial of the fact that Obama started it and Trump is trying to end it. 

Joe Biden made it clear last week that he is not in charge of his own life; he is not allowed to say one peep unless his handlers approve.  Speaking at a Kenosha, Wisconsin church, he abruptly stopped and admitted that if he kept speaking, "They'll shoot me!"

Don't like wearing a face mask?  Just do as I say!  I'm in charge here, not you!  Officials in several liberal Democrat counties, including Orange County, are working to make it a criminal offense if you refuse.  How in hell are they going to enforce these dictates if they're intending to defund the police? 

Sheriffs in other counties have a different take, intimating it will be a cold day in hell before they enforce Newsom's orders.  My, my.

California's affable Governor Gavin Newsom plans to cut the pay of state employees by 10% so he can afford to give illegal aliens some walking around "stimulus" money.  

Chuck Schumer is outraged that the V.A. actually gave hydroxycholorquine to Covid-19 patients when they asked for it.

KENNEDY CENTER RIP-OFF

The Kennedy Center, which received $25 million from Nancy Pelosi in the stimulus package and then immediately laid off all 96 of its musicians, is now claiming the money was not intended to keep the musicians on the payroll... it was needed to keep the Center open.  Can you make sense of that?  After that statement, they have announced they are laying off 250 more employees.  I smell one huuuge rat!

The House has gone into recess until at least April 20th.  I think Pelosi is at home with her gin and mushrooms, mixing up another pot of witch's brew. 

The inventor of My Pillow has been under attack from the left because he's converted 75% of his factory to making face masks and recommends we pray together as a nation to get through this.  But, when the liberal left is asked what THEY are doing to contribute to the anti-Coronavirus effort, they're left without an answer.  


Collateral damage?  An 86-year-old woman died Saturday after being hit in the head and knocked the floor of a New York City hospital by another patient for violating Coronavirus social distancing.  

I don't think Coronavirus should be politicized, but... of the 177,452 cases being reported in the U.S. yesterday, 112,133 of them were in the top five states... New York, New Jersey, California, Michigan and Massachusetts... states all firmly in the grip of the Democrats.  Need I say more?  

Amazon employees at their Staten Island operation got fed up over unsanitary working conditions during the Coronavirus, especially after at least one worker tested positive.  Getting nothing but push-back from management, they staged a walkout.  Amazon subsequently did what any upstanding American business would do these days and fired the walkout leader. 

Mixed messaging: More and more states are putting out "shelter-in-place" "stay-at-home" orders, then saying they won't enforce them.  So... is it that serious or not?

CALIFORNIA'S NEWSOM UNDERMINES DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS

California's radical left-wing enemy signed legislation last week which will allow voters to switch party registration moments before voting.

Primary elections are designed for each party to select their best candidates for public office.  Accordingly, you vote only for your party's candidates in the primaries. The new law will allow voters from other parties to switch their party preference and vote for the other party's weakest candidates, in order to "stack the vote."  It's but one more power grab by the unethical, immoral enemies of American democracy and one more reason for conservatives to get the hell out of Dodge.

A pastor, in giving the opening prayer at a Virginia legislative session last week, spoke out against abortion.  All of the Democrats got up and walked out... every last one of them.

A recent study by the IRS shows that California lost over $2 billion in tax revenue last year due to unhappy residents moving out of state.  The state will raise taxes on those remaining in order to make up for the loss. 

Let's face it: if the feds couldn't... or wouldn't... nail Andrew McCabe, everyone else involved in the attempt to overthrow our government is going to skate, too.   It's not only a travesty of justice, it's also offensive to any good man's sense of decency and propriety. 

Bernie Sanders and his political mafia haven't made any friends with Nevada Culinary Workers union members.  A couple of members pointed out they would lose their plush union health benefits if Sanders and his "Medicare for All" plan  got elected.  Allegedly, some of Sanders henchmen promptly got into union members' faces and threatened them to shut up and sit down... or else.  

And affable Pete Buttigieg doesn't like being the butt of Rush Limbaugh's remarks that Americans are not yet ready to have a gay president.  Pete's proud of his husband and, like Nancy Pelosi, he doesn't need to be lectured by anyone about anything.

Diane Feinstein says enough is enough and she demands more gun control now.  She did not mention that California already has an “assault weapons” ban. Nor did she mention that California has universal background checks, which means buying any gun, whether a rifle, shotgun, or five-shot revolver, without a background check is illegal there.  Nor did she mention that California already has the toughest gun laws in the nation, meaning that nobody in that synagogue had a gun to fight back with.  Nor did she mention that she's in favor of illegal criminal aliens coming into our country and that we should be defenseless.

Kamala Harris has her teats in a wringer at the prospect President Trump may charge $50 a person to process asylum applications unless the applications are presented at legal ports of entry.  Someone should send her a case of Kaopectate for Christmas. 

The country's top Democrat, Tom Perez, has virtually come out and said that we have to get rid of religion in this country.  He says messages from the pulpits are allowing dictates of the Democrat Party to fall on deaf ears.  Let there be no mistake: the sounds of the Gestapo and the thump, thump of SS boots are coming to the streets in your neighborhood soon.

Why was James Comey allowed to have a DOJ attorney by his side when he testified?

We heard last week that China hacked Hillary's private server and set it up so that every incoming and outgoing email was copied to their intelligence operatives.   The New York Times is reporting a successful Chinese counterintelligence operation that started in 2010 “systematically dismantled C.I.A. spying operations in the country starting in 2010, killing or imprisoning more than a dozen sources over two years and crippling intelligence gathering there for years afterward.” 

“From the final weeks of 2010 through the end of 2012, according to former American officials, the Chinese killed at least a dozen of the C.I.A.’s sources.” This was the same time period that Hillary's unprotected, hacked server was in her basement bathroom with our nation's top secrets contained therein. 

There's angst among a lot of Californian's about the possibility that Gov. Jerry Brown might commute the sentences of over 700 convicted killers currently on death from just before he leaves office.  I don't know what the big deal is; they would still be in prison, whereas illegal aliens who commit crimes are not.  And we all know that the die-hard liberals who totally believe in abortion won't allow any more executions anyway. 

The Senate confirmation hearings for the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh are set to begin today.  Could it be that the Democrats are all going to refuse to show up?

Doubling down on a losing strategy, Dems are now warning that when they take control again, anyone who sided with Trump on immigration will pay the penalty.  It surely makes you want to race to the polls in November and vote for a Democrat, doesn't it?

I have no use for people who use a funeral as a platform for politics; I don't care if it's John McCain's or Aretha Franklin's.

So, when the FISA Courts receive a request from the FBI for warrants to spy on somebody, there is supposed to be a hearing to see if the spying is justified, but we're now learning that the FISA Courts never held any hearings about the Trump requests... they just rubber-stamped them.  This is American justice?  

A drunk illegal alien killed two people on an Oregon highway, but it's okay because he's an illegal.  Just ask any Democrat; illegals are allowed to do anything they want.

SCOTUS: THE REAL DEMOCRAT SRATEGY

What's the real reason the Dems and libs are vowing to stop any Trump nominee?  With Kennedy gone, the Court will be evenly divided, four left and four right.  Whenever there's a tie decision, the most recent lower court decision prevails.  Since most lower Judges and courts are liberal, this situation throws the favor to the leftists.  Adding a Trump nominee to the bench will tilt the Court to the opposite direction.

To prove my point, Senator Dick Durbin came out Sunday with a statement saying Democrat Senators should be willing to vote against any Trump nominee, even it means losing their seats in the midterm elections; sacrificing a few seats is worth the effort.  Now just think... if Hillary had won, it would have been Obama in the seat instead of Gorsuch.   Loretta Lynch would be on deck to take Kennedy's spot. 

I hear the woman they caught going up the Statue of Liberty the other day has a Twitter account.  Turns out she is a social climber...

Last week, I.C.E. agents were searching for three men accused of kidnapping and raping two teen girls in Ohio, after a fourth suspect was captured.  The Democrats and the left-wing liberals would have I.C.E. dismantled and allow these illegal criminals to continue their raping and crime sprees unabated.  It's rapidly changing the dynamics of this country into two diametrically opposed forces... good vs. evil.  Choices need to be made.

A lady in Texas saw a would-be carjacker try to take off with her car and two young children inside.  She jumped into the back seat of the car, retrieved her gun and shot the thug after he refused to stop.  For the life of me, I can't figure out why she didn't calmly wait by the sidewalk, call 911 and wait 15-20 minutes for the cops to show up as opposed to jumping in the car and shooting the guy.  

A Federal Judge in Sacramento has ruled that private employers must comply with federal orders seeking information about immigrant employees, partly rejecting California’s sanctuary laws.  The libs and the Dems will probably tar and feather him.  On the other hand, another Federal Judge has ruled than panhandlers have every right to harass citizens near ATM's and stores into forking over some money.  

Finally, the FBI is flatly refusing to give Congress information that could prove or disprove allegations that Loretta Lynch interfered in the Clinton investigation.   Our friends in Congress continue to sit on their thumbs. And the Inspector General's report reflects that the "accidental" meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch on the Phoenix tarmac was planned and coordinated through the Secret Service.

GIVE ME YOUR TIPS

Dealers at the Wynn Resort in Vegas are ticked off that the casino requires they forfeit 15% of their tips to be distributed among pit bosses and shift supervisors.  The Supreme Court just refused to hear their case on appeal from a lower court decision that rules in their favor.  The case is being remanded back to a District Court for further hearings. 

Tips have historically belonged to the recipient.  And, historically, dealers in a Vegas casino have had the sole discretion as to whether or not their tips should be pooled so that everyone gets an equal share, whether the recipient should keep all of the tip, or whether or not tips should be shared with casino cashiers or other employees.  Precedent rules in favor of the dealers, and every time any casino has attempted to change that... it has lost.  The casinos have no business telling dealers what to do with their money.  That's my tip for the day.  

The Dems want I.C.E. shut down.  It naturally follows that they would want the Border Patrol sent to oblivion and street cops as well, since they're all in the business of capturing illegal aliens.  I say we should round all of the Dems up and toss them in jail for fomenting rebellion, anarchy and revolution. 

I'm having a very difficult time trying to figure out why the Dems are raising so much ruckus about separating children of illegal aliens from their criminal parents, while at the same time they don't mind murdering an unborn fetus and selling its body parts. 

The end of the world is coming.  I just canceled my Amazon Prime membership.  

The new date set by the House for the DOJ and FBI to turn over documents or face contempt proceedings is now July 6th.  Yawn.  Why do they even bother to try and make us believe that they'll succeed?

Go figure: After a decade of horrible economic news, depressed wages and high unemployment, things are finally starting to cook again and guess what?  UPS workers are going to go on strike.  The ungrateful idiots want even more.  

The big news yesterday was that an illegal immigrant from Ecuador was arrested while delivering pizza to Fort Hamilton Military Base in New York City.  There is no mention as to whether the pizza eventually reached the hungry mouths of those who ordered it, or whether or not the pizza came with anchovies. 

In another interesting turn of events, you might remember Heidi Fleiss, the famous madame who got caught providing call girls to some big names in Washington and New York about 25 years ago.  Today, she's raising exotic birds in a southwestern Nevada town.  It seems to me that she also had a laundromat at one time.  Just thought you'd like to have this important update before the weekend gets started.

HILLARY'S MOST ABSURD GAFFE

The laugh of the day making its way around Washington is that Hillary's campaign actually worked diligently to help Trump win the Republican primaries because they thought he would be easier to beat than the other 16 candidates on the slate...

Effingham County in Illinois declared itself to be a "sanctuary city for gun owners" last Monday.  The county will refuse enforcement of any new state law which might “unconstitutionally restrict the Second Amendment.”  Liberals are having a severe hissy fit.

Word is that Andrew McCabe's lawyers are shopping around for a friendly liberal court judge so they can file  lawsuit in his/her court claiming Trump slandered him, defamed him and wrongfully terminated him.

What has happened with all of that money that was in the Clinton Foundation?

Nancy Pelosi and her rambunctious Democrats have made it clear: their number one priority after they win back Congress in 2018 is to repeal the Trump tax cuts; number two, they're going to impeach him.  Number three, they're going to outlaw the NRA.  I guess they're still suffering from the effects of LSD.

Mitt Romney says he'll never, never kiss up to Trump.  So, what makes him think he's ever going to be able to get any federal funding for Utah? 

President Trump is finally holding his first State Dinner this week with French President Emmanuel Marcon.  The only "problem" seems to be that he has disinvited any Democrats or members of the press, and they seem to be getting their panties all twisted up over that fact.  Maybe the Dems shouldn't have sued him and maybe the press should dry up and blow away. 

Travis Reinking, the looney shooter at the Waffle House near Nashville, was caught last year inside a security barrier at the White House.  They then seized four guns from him and later gave them to his father after they banned him from owning guns; the father subsequently gave those guns back to his son, who used one of them in the Tennessee shooting.  And yet, watch the mainstream media and the left wingers blame ME, a law-abiding NRA member, for that shooting.  

So, this gal was flying back to the U.S.  on a Delta flight from Paris.  Delta passed out free apples as snacks on the plane.  On her way through customs, they searched her purse and found the apple, wrapped in a Delta plastic bag.  They subsequently seized the apple, fined her $500 and are probably going to order her removal from the Global Entry Status list which allows frequent, low-risk flyers expedited security clearances when boarding.  She should be grateful that they didn't make her spend a few nights in jail as well, because this is America and the Democrat autocrats think they're still in charge.

CALIFORNIA'S SICK NEW GUN LAW

California passed a law that went into effect this year.  School superintendents can no longer authorize trained individuals, (such as teachers), with concealed carry permits to carry guns on school campuses.  Although it’s totally against the law to carry any weapon onto a school campus, some county sheriff’s in the rural areas particularly were allowing school superintendents to make that decision.  Well, a local school district in Shasta County has had a study from a consulting firm which reports that a bunch of kids hiding in a classroom are sitting ducks for an active shooter, and since no one in the school is legally allowed to have a gun, the only choice left for kids is to run… run as fast as their little legs will carry them.  What a sick state I live in... Now, it'll be like an arcade game.

It looks like they're finally discovering that Washington is corrupt.  Hell, we've known that for 30 years and we don't even live there.  You can tell the heat is on, because all of the cockroaches are scrambling like wounded buffaloes trying to make excuses for their behavior.    Not only does the FBI claim that Samsung is responsible for the disappearance of five months of text messages on two agents cell phones, but they're now insisting that the glitches affected "thousands" of phones.  Since they didn't notify Congress for a couple of months, one has to ask why... why... the FBI with all of its so-called intelligence didn't discover this problem for seven months? What brand of weed are they smoking?  

And James Comey, the guy who leaked classified information to his friend to leak to the press, and who is now about to be charged with the crime?  Well, Comey now says his "friend" is his attorney and therefore that's a privileged communication exempt from the rules.    In the meanwhile, the Dems are coming unglued because the GOP is getting ready to make public a memo that could sink the Democrat Party into oblivion for years to come: "You can't do that; it might upset Mueller's Russian investigation!!!"  As for Mueller, it now appears that he headed up a huge coverup at the FBI on behalf of the Clintons.

Former comedian Chelsea Handler is getting roasted for a vulgar homophobic tweet she sent Wednesday night implying Senator Lindsey Graham is a gay man in the closet who is sucking up to President Trump instead of coming out.  “Holy, f--k f--k. Wouldn’t coming out be more honorable?”  

As much as I dislike Graham, this behavior is beyond disgusting; she belongs in the far back rubber room of a mental institution.   Word has it that she's going to be the new vice president of the club and that she and Kathy are already conspiring as to how they can blame Trump for the Tweet.

A Federal Judge, (from San Francisco, naturally), has ruled that it's illegal for President Trump to remove illegals.  You can't impeach the Judge, either; that's probably also illegal.

NBC is joining the ranks of the NFL players who continue to kneel during the National Anthem.  If they do so during Super Bowl pregame activities, NBC will show it in your face.  Personally, I won't be watching, and neither will tens of thousands of active duty personnel and veterans throughout the country, nor millions of more of their supporters. 

Diane Feinstein is blaming her unilateral and illegal release of highly confidential Congressional information on a bad cold.  I have yet to meet or even hear of a left-winger who had taken responsibility for their own actions... NOT ONE.

THE RESURRECTION

The Burney Mountain Hermit is coming back to life, albeit halfway.  Instead of posting six days a week, it'll only be three, being Monday, Wednesday and Friday.   So, here goes.

Let me start off by extending sincere best wishes for the far western sliver of California to have a serious earthquake and fall off into the ocean.  The radical left-wingers of the state, which includes San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley, have managed to hijack the rest of the state and impose sanctuary state status on the complacent wizards who live there.  Now, every illegal alien in the country who has committed or intends to commit a felony, will be heading here.  Personally, I think it's way past the time when the rest of the state should kick their butts, (left-wing politicos), out of the country.  They're not Americans; they're all Congressional Republicans in disguise.

And while I'm at at, I have a new motto:

Remember that terrific promise Obama made to retrain workers for new jobs when he virtually destroyed the coal industry?  He hired a tech company to administer the re-training problem.  Well, being an Obama-hired government contractor, they didn't perform worth a diddly-squat, a fact vastly under-reported in the mainstream media.   The last I heard, the firm was in Buffalo, Wyoming seeking to get more government money to expand their stellar success.  

As it so often happens in media country, so does it in the retail market.  Amazon.com has been caught playing a little hanky-panky with the book ratings of one Hillary Rodham Clinton.  It turns out that so many buyers of her latest book were trashing their reaction to the new American Bible of Idiocy that Amazon decided to suppress the negative reader ratings,  raising her results to a staggering 4.8 favorability from what probably should have been a -10.0.  Predictably, Amazon's owner, Jeff Bozo, who also owns the WASHINGTON POST and who appears ready to run for president in 2020, denied the allegations.

The Air Force is running low on bombs and missiles... so low that there's talk about continuing diplomatic negotiations with North Korea into the 22nd century.

U.S. JOB MARKET SOARS

First off, I need to issue a correction and an apology for misrepresenting the facts yesterday about the House Intelligence Committee’s subpoena against intelligence agencies.  I indicated that John Brennan, Samantha Powers and Susan Rice had been subpoenaed; they had not.  The agencies were subpoenaed to bring documents about the three individuals regarding their potential involvement in illegal unmasking of names in intelligence records. 

The country added some 253,000 jobs last month according to a recent ADP report.

Gosh, Trump is surely doing a disastrous job, isn’t he?  He really needs to be impeached, doesn’t he?  How the leftists in this country can consider it their job to trash a President who is doing so much of a better job than their idol, Obama, is beyond me.  I guess they like being out of work… while we pay for it.
