Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has opened an investigation into whether Maricopa County broke the law by refusing to comply with legislative subpoenas issued in connection to the 2020 election audit. It's elementary Watson: (1) Did the legislature have the authority to issue subpoenas? (2) Were the subpoenas legal? (3) Did the State Supreme Court order the county to comply? (4) Did the county comply? Come on! What is there to investigate?

Judge Reed O’Connor of the U.S.  District Court for the Northern District of Texas, granted “a permanent injunction” to the Christian plaintiffs “to be exempt from the government’s requirement to perform abortions and gender-transition procedures.” There is still some sanity left in our judicial system.

Vice President for Customer Security and Trust Tom Burt told the House Judiciary Committee at a recent hearing about “Secrecy Orders and Prosecuting Leaks: Potential Legislative Responses to Deter Prosecutorial Abuse of Power,” that Microsoft receives between 2,400 and 3,500 secrecy orders a year, or about 7 to 10 a day, wanting personal information on citizens, from federal law enforcement agencies.

“Most shocking is just how routine secrecy orders have become when law enforcement targets an American’s email, text messages or other sensitive data stored in the cloud.” Since so many platforms are now operating from the Cloud, the feds don't have to get a court order to hack your computer; all they have to do is require the Cloud to provide whatever information they're after.

The Supremes Get It Right!

In a major victory for the First Amendment, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 8-1 this week in favor of a high school cheerleader in Pennsylvania who was booted from her squad over a profane social media post she made while not on school grounds. The rant was sent only to friends  but somebody informed the school and they kicked her off the squad. 

 

The school argued that her posts could disrupt school activities and they therefore had a right to censor what she said, but the Court properly ruled that there was no proof of that and that the school cannot control a person's free speech 24 hours a day, especially when she wasn't even on school grounds.  The second you allow someone to shut down your free speech, that opens the door for them to shut down anything, including your rights to own a gun or practice your religion.

Fox News field reporter Ivory Hecker surprised viewers in her Monday report when she went rogue, taking a moment to tease an exclusive on what she claims is the “muzzling” that goes on behind the scenes at Fox News. She alleges that Fox is holding stories back and deliberately preventing the public from finding out was is really going on in America.

Say Goodbye to America's Rural Hospitals

Rural hospitals operate on thin profit margins, simply because they don't serve enough patients to attract specialists who can supply services that are essential to bringing the big bucks in.  The advent of Covid-19 and the requirements associated with maintaining safe medical care sent bottom lines plummeting.  Now, well over 400 rural hospitals are in danger of shutting down.  

The paperwork burden placed on hospitals of all sizes has greatly increased costs, while revenues have been declining.  When rural hospitals close down, people have to travel much greater distances to seek emergency medical care. Skilled jobs are lost. People move away and communities suffer.

Despite the fact that most Americans worked hard and paid their taxes along the way, Biden wants a bigger cut of any inheritance that you might leave for your children. Although you've already paid as high as 30% on those earnings, he's proposing an estate tax as high as 61%!

What China unleashed upon the world with the Wuhan virus is nothing short of biological warfare and should be treated as such.  They need to be totally economically isolated.

Will DOJ Shut Down Arizona Election Audit?

Uncle Joe, who claims to have won a legitimate election in November, is now pressuring the Department of Justice to interfere in the recount of votes in Maricopa County, Arizona. The DOJ has already fired off a warning letter to officials running the recount, insinuating that it violates federal law.   

Note that the DOJ flatly refused to investigate the possibility of election fraud back in November, but now that a recount is taking place in Arizona, they want to stick their noses in it. They prove more and more each day that they don't give a rat's ass about American justice.  How much more of this crap are we going to take?

Pastor Artur Pawlowski, the head of Calgary’s Street Church in Alberta, and his brother, Dawid Pawlowski, were arrested and charged with "organizing an illegal in-person gathering." Religious persecution is not confined to the U.S.

They deny it's because of the Keystone pipeline shutdown, stopping of fracking or more gas taxes. So, if people are driving less, why are the prices still going up? The orders were allegedly handed down orally or through text messages rather than formally in writing, which made them highly unusual, the sources told the Times. The Guard members described such a tactic as an "inappropriate" use of military force against U.S. citizens.

This Is How Communism And Socialism Are Already Controlling Us!

Educators are alarmed at the high, high percentage of students who have become complete truants during the Chinese Virus lockdowns! Instead of tattooing them with barcodes as some have suggested, why don't they start sending the parents off to indoctrination camps? Jest sayin'..... 

Those in charge of the country are now concerned that people are spending far too much time on their smartphones and computers. They say it is unhealthy,probably because the masses might discover what in the hell is going on with our government.  Look for a move to shut down all personal, non-business access to the Internet for mandatory prescribed "down time" during certain hours of the day!

Well-run blue states and cities are voicing opposition to the vast sums of money being sent to mismanaged and nearly bankrupt states and cities under the American Rescue Plan. They don't understand why well-run governments should be subsidizing those that are not. Get used to it! This is what socialism and communism are all about!

At least one Congressman is telling the media to stay the hell away from the borders, because it is not appropriate to have news coverage of what is going on there... particularly inside the detention centers for children!    

Can you imagine what would be going on with Antifa and BLM if citizens were not armed with guns? 

Fauci is saying that even vaccinated people must wear masks? When asked, he is unable to provide any data that shows that the wearing of masks reduces the risk.  

The California Legislature is working on SB363, which have the effect of shutting down the popular and longtime American Legion programs for Boys State and Girls State on the basis of sex discrimination.  The programs teach selected high school participants about the principles of good American government at all levels.

Andrew Cuomo’s administration undercounted nursing home deaths, the governor on Friday argued criticisms of him were a "political attack" that began with the Trump administration. Cuomo shall henceforth be referred to as "Jack Kevorkian."  

Cuomo on New York nursing home deaths: "Who cares?" As a matter of further interest, Vita Fontanetta, known as Tina, was admitted to Dry Harbor Nursing Home in New York City after she contracted a leg inflammation. While nurses were passing out vaccinations, Fontanetta was passed over because she was not a "permanent" resident of the nursing home as required by state policy.  She has now died with Covid-19.  Who cares?

Nancy Pelosi says House GOP members are the "enemy within." Yet, she was one of those in charge of the rigged election in 2020.  

President Biden has signed an Executive Order, (if you can believe that), which prohibits federal employees from using the terminology of "Wuhan Virus." You can also no longer use the words "illegal alien." If you use those words, you could end up losing your job, being fined $100,000, and/or going to federal prison for 20 years? Gitmo?  

New Los Angeles Wuhan Virus orders stipulate that those forced to eat outside at restaurants cannot have a television on while they're doing it.  TV, as we all know, increases the risk of getting the disease.

And just insanity…it has all the hallmarks of a riot of extremists.”

It looks as if Twitter has decided to suspend or block anybody and everybody who has ever mentioned the word "Trump." 

Biden says he wants you to wear your mask 24/7, and if you're on federal property anywhere without a mask on, you're going to be arrested, fined and flogged.  After saying that, he appeared at the Lincoln Memorial... without a mask.

Now that Biden has signed a bunch of EO's nullifying Trump EO's, the only thing left to do is hang Trump in effigy and remove his name from the history books.

Democrats Responsible For Capitol Riot

More and more evidence is accumulating to prove that the January 6th peaceful protest in Washington DC was just that... a peaceful demonstration.  What occurred at the Capitol was separate and distinct, and authorities had advance notice that the riot was going to take place. Capitol Police, after evidently having notified Congressional officials, chose to downplay, or even to ignore, the warnings. 

It appears that, once again, the Democrats chose to allow extremist Anarchists, Antifa, BLM and other elements to conduct a reign of terror. This time, however, they literally used smoke and mirrors to turn the resulting violence against Trump and his followers, quickly laying blame on them and rushing to an impeachment before investigations were conducted. The result was their completion of a coup to overthrow the will of the people.

Has it occurred to anyone that Impeachment is a political process designed to remove an elected official from office? Since that is the only consequence of impeachment, you cannot impeach President Trump after he leaves office; the question is mooted by the fact that he is no longer in office. This "impeachment" is over and done with, and a waste of time and money.

If there's anybody left in Congress right now who you will vote for in the next election, you're beyond liberal!   

The FBI, if you can believe a word they say, claims that there is a lot of chatter about armed insurrections across the country during the Biden inauguration.  If that does happen to be true, I'd guess the chatter is coming from China and/or Russia.  

There is, however, some talk of Biden using this supposed gun violence as an excuse for gun control! 

The FBI, DOJ and other law enforcement officials did not prosecute a single person who participated in the 2017 Washington riots during Trump's inauguration.  Evidently, there is a junta of bureaucrats running our government.  

Following a forensic audit by an independent firm, a Michigan judge has ruled that Dominion Voting Systems machines are deliberately designed to facilitate fraud. 

If you're as concerned as I am about what is going to happen to our country during the next four years, now is as good a time to join the NRA as any... whether you own a gun or not.

Be careful of what you say, to whom you say it, when you say it and who else might be listening; if it offends those in power, you might well pay the price! They can shut down your communications, you know. In fact, they've already started! Through their control of social media and the news, they determine what you can see, what you can hear, who you can visit online... and they're already eliminating the "offenders." 

They've only just begun. If Comcast, Verizon and AT&T determine your phone conversations or the people you communicate with don't meet their standards, you could be suddenly isolated from humanity altogether when your phones, Internet, and mobile phones go dead. And, what happens if they shut down your credit cards and seize your bank accounts? Scary thought, isn't it? Pay attention to what's going on!

The news these days is that the FBI is claiming "armed protests" are scheduled for all state capitals on inauguration day. You already know that "they" will let Antifa and BLM do whatever they want, including burning, pillaging and beating.  What peaceful protester among us would show up unless he was armed?

Turmoil In The Capital

Even before the rioters had been removed from the Capital, the media was blaming the Trump supporters, going so far as to call the acts an "insurrection." Anyone in his right mind could tell that the terrorists, and that's what they were, had come prepared with ropes, bricks and even bombs; these are all hallmarks of Antifa scum. The Democrats, not to let a good opportunity go to waste, promptly called for the President to be removed under provisions of the 25th Amendment. 

The RINO garbage in Congress showed their true colors, as did RINO White House employees, by turning on the President without having all of the facts in front of them. Everyone immediately labeled all of us who support Trump as being rioters, traitors, terrorists and insurrectionists.  The whole debacle has, it seems, been seized upon by the left as an opportunity to oppress and suppress American patriots.

President Trump and Vice President Pence are having their own war behind closed doors. Schumer is demanding that Pence invoke the 25th Amendment,vowing to impeach Trump if Pence doesn't comply.  

Is the coup d'etat now complete? 

Late yesterday, with virtually no media coverage, it leaked out that Trump marchers valiantly tried to pull the rioters out and away from the Capital.  The media obviously stokes hatred and division.  

All of the talking heads are now telling us what we're supposed to believe we saw.

Theories emerged Sunday that the AT&T building in Nashville which was the presumed target of the Christmas Day bombing contained Dominion Voting Machines that were scheduled to undergo a forensic audit!  The building is evidently owned by Cerebus Capital, ostensibly the owner of Dominion.  There also seems to be a connection to Hillary Clinton and to the Biden family according to the allegations.  

While it's likely that the whole scenario came out of the bottom of an empty gin bottle, where there's smoke, there's generally some fire.  Check it out on the Internet.

Over 70% of Republicans at large want to stand up and fight for Trump. As for Republicans in Congress, however, it seems like they just don't care.  

The only thing more ominous than the Nashville explosion was the absolute failure of Democrats to condemn it!

You already know I'm no longer a Fox News fan; I only watch two programs, (Lou Dobbs on Fox Business and Judge Jeanine on Fox News).  The Judge hit the nail squarely on the head Saturday night when she castigated Congress... all Members of Congress... for ignoring the needs of the people and putting themselves first. It's time we all marched on Washington and physically throw them out onto the streets! January 6th would be an ideal day to do it!

Newsom Screws California's Resterants AGAIN!

Although there is virtually no evidence of Covid-19 being spread from restaurants, California's Governor Gavin Newsom has stuck it to them again! A judge recently issued an injunction blocking local and state officials from keeping all restaurants in San Diego County closed. The ruling was made in response to a lawsuit filed by two strip clubs earlier in the fall.  “These business establishments provide sustenance to and enliven the spirits of the community, while providing employers and employees with means to put food on the table and secure shelter, clothing, medical care, education and, of course, peace of mind for they and their families,” San Diego Superior Court Judge Joel Wohlfeil reportedly wrote in Wednesday’s ruling. 

Within hours, Newsom pressured a three-judge appeals court to block Wohlfeil's ruling. That having been accomplished, Newsom probably went out to a maskless dinner with the panel of judges.

Since the Russians have been so successful at hacking national computers, who's to say they didn't hack into Pfisa and Moderna and alter the vaccines? Just sayin'.....

On the same subject, who's to say the Chinese and Russians didn't collaborate on hacking our election? That would mean we have an illegitimate incoming president, not that the Democrats didn't probably have something to do with it. Does that mean we have to accept Biden? Is the Supreme Court really going to allow this to pass without addressing it? 

The State of Georgia, heavily involved in active election fraud, has barred anyone and everyone who voiced concerns about the 2020 presidential election from being a poll watcher or election official in the upcoming Georgia Senatorial farcical election.    

Some maskless folks in Moscow, Idaho, were outdoors singing Christian hymns when they were arrested for participating in an outdoor worship service.

Shasta County Hypocrites

Some 200 people gathered last Wednesday in Redding, California for a meeting to discuss environmental impacts of raising Shasta Dam by 18 feet. A picture of the meeting, appearing on the RECORD SEARCHLIGHT website Monday, shows the packed room with total disregard for "social distancing," and virtually no one attending was wearing a mask.How do you reconcile that with threats to lock down the whole county due to increases in Covid-19?

Remember the USS Bonhomme Richard, the warship that burned in San Diego a few months ago? The Navy suspects arson and says the ship will be decommissioned due to the extensive amount of repairs necessary to restore it to active duty. 

 

The Democrats have had a stranglehold on California  for years now, but what if it's all a sham? They have been using Dominion Voting Systems election for awhile, you know.   

By the way, Dominion and the various states in question are making a mad dash to clear out the data history in all of their machines... 

What amazes me is that the 74 million who voted for Trump are not storming Washington, DC and various state capitals demanding a new and fair election, instead of rolling over and playing dead! 

I suspect that the "news" about Joe Biden injuring his ankle while playing with the dog is just a cover story, and that the real facts are that he stumbled down the stairs with his foot in his mouth...

Anybody who is relieved that the FBI is now seemingly looking into vote fraud doesn't understand that the FBI only works for the Democrats.  Of course, we can give heavy credence to William Barr and the bastion of truth DOJ, who say that there is no evidence of voter fraud sufficient to overturn the election.  And as for John Durham's investigation into the Trump-Russia story that was supposed to be finished before the election, forget about it! Barr now says Durham will continue the "investigation" under the Biden administration. Wink, wink!    

It's a great country we live in when people come forward to tell the truth and they get fired, lose their houses, or end up in the hospital after a severe beating.

Can Biden Get A Security Clearance?

With all of these facts emerging about the Biden family connections to corrupt Chinese officials and corruption in the Ukraine, how can Joe get a security clearance?  

Until there is a recount in every state, this election must be considered illegitimate, because it obviously is.   

Dominion Voting Systems, the Canadian company that provided faulty software to at least seven states for the 2020 elections. The company and it's CEO, John Poulus have very close ties to Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation. Hmmm!  

Why is it that the only ones fighting tooth and nail against recounts are Democrats? And why is it that the social and mainstream media, including FOX NEWS, are fighting tooth and nail to hide the allegations of vote fraud? 

Why is it illegal in Arizona to use surveillance cameras to record the vote-counting process? 

Senator Graham wants to know how six Pennsylvanians could die, then register and then vote! Where in the Constitution does it say that dead people can't register and vote? 

The USPS says it has found 150,000 mail-in ballots that were not processed and delivered by the deadlines!  Rumor has it the ballots were from predominantly Republican districts.   

Bill Gifford, principal of Oceanside Middle School in Thomaston, Maine reportedly has ripped Trump's "trolls," and called them "asswipes." He also reportedly wrote that Trump supporters have "big trucks" and "small dicks." And they expect us to be nice to them?

At least one Dem is pushing for the government to shut down all businesses for 4-6 weeks to stop Covid. All businesses = gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, delivery services...

Democrats are already making demands! They intend to get even if we don't comply immediately.  

Chicago's Mayor Lori Lighthead is telling all citizens they are at stay-at-home orders starting Monday. That means Thanksgiving is canceled... no family get-togethers! Period!
