20 MILLION COULD LOSE HEALTHCARE

A new study by the CBO now shows that contrary to another one of Obama’s failed promises, from 20 million people up to 50% of employees could lose their healthcare under the ObamaCare scenario.  They certainly will not be able to keep their own doctor.  What this means is that those who do not have current coverage would gain it, while others would lose it due to the costs to employers.  And most current plans would be dropped by insurers, meaning that you would probably lose your current plan, contrary to another promise by Obama… “You can keep your plan.  You can keep your current doctor.”

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I heard Friday that the tentacles of the Mexican Drug Cartels are reaching into Europe.  They’re making so many billions off of illegal drugs being sold to America, what do they need to do that for?  (Val ~ Reno, NV)
A. Greed knows no bounds.  Besides, they’ve teamed up with Al Qaeda, so it is only natural that they get into Europe and the Middle East as well.

Q. Rick Santorum is now saying we should either fight to win in Afghanistan or get out.  What’s your opinion?  (Arland ~ Honeywell, UT)
A. I believe it was Barry Goldwater who said the same thing about Vietnam.  In fact, he said we might have to use nukes to win, and that’s what killed his chances against JFK.  I have always believed that war is ugly and you should do everything you can to avoid one; but once a war starts, you should fight with everything you have available.  Get in, kick shit, and get out.  Santorum has finally said something that makes some sense.

Q. Why did Obama cancel Medicaid in Texas?  (Marian ~ Whiskeytown, CA)
A. Texas passed a law denying health clinics the ability to use government funding for abortions.  So, Obama retaliated by cutting off Medicaid there.  The plain and simple fact of the matter is that government money should not be used to fund abortions.  That’s taxpayer money for one thing, and I among millions am against most abortions for religious and humanitarian reasons; we should not be forced to pay for such things and Texas obviously feels the same way.  I now understand Texas is suing the Federal government over the Medicaid issue.
