Near the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy, a New York Supreme Court Judge has ruled that lawsuits to prevent the building of a Muslim Mosque at ground zero cannot go forward. In other words, it’s full-steam ahead for construction of the controversial Mosque whether the people want it or not. The Federal government may also issue a $5 million redevelopment Federal grant to the builders.
