FORK IT OVER: IRS WANTS MORE FUNDING

The new IRS Commissioner, John Kiskinen, is saying that the IRS needs more operating funds.  He says that beyond securing more operating funds, his top priorities include more aggressively fighting tax fraud and evasion.

COMMENTS:

I guess the IRS is serious about auditing 100% of American tax returns.  What about all of that extra funding they are getting to police ObamaCare?  Maybe they want to go after more of the President’s enemies and they need the money to prosecute Republican tax evaders, the American Legion and the Little Sisters?  Hang on to your jock straps; this guy has a huge set of family jewels.

Q. How long are we going to keep extending unemployment benefits?  (Bret ~ Sparks, NV)

A. Until we start getting people back to work, I hope.  You hear about the "lazy ass who sits behind the tube all day and collects his benefits."  I think that position will backfire on those who use it.  Picture these people who have been out of work for a long time and who have been diligently out there looking for work.  The longer they are out of work, the more unemployable they become in any job.  But, they are out of work through no fault of their own.  Are you ready to kick them when they’re down?  I do agree that after a certain period of time, they should be doing some type of community service on a part time basis while they continue looking.  I also feel that they should be reporting the employers they contacted, how they were contacted and what the results of the contact were.  With these provisions, I favor continuing the payment of benefits; we can make up for the expense by cutting back on flights of Air Force One for Michelle's parties. 

Q. Do you attach any significance to the fact that White House Press Secretary Jay Carney is growing a beard and mustache?  (Wu ~ San Francisco, CA)

A. Holy cow!  Here we are with an albatross called ObamaCare, the Benghazi Massacre, unemployment, a stinging rebuke of Obama by his former Defense Secretary and Kerry out rummaging about in the Middle East trying to find someone interested in signing some kind of agreement with the United States… an YOU want to know about Jay Carney’s grooming changes?  I think he’s finally become embarrassed about all of the lies he tells and/or perpetuates and that he’s trying to hide from the press. 

Q. Why are they spending so much tax money and government lip service trying to convince us that ObamaCare is Obama’s magnificent gift to the solution of healthcare problems?  (Carli ~ Fort Collins, CO)

A. It’s called “Communist Propaganda,” a combined teaching of Mao, Lenin, Stalin and Hitler.  It’s also referred to as an Obama Doctrine: “If you can’t convince them with either facts or lies, dazzle them with bullshit.”
