ARE CRIMINALS WORKING IN OBAMACARE POSITIONS

The NATIONAL REVIEW ONLINE has reported that one in seven of ObamaCare navigators hired in New Mexico is cross-referenced in the NCIC database.  38 Health care “guides,” or navigators, got their jobs regardless of their listing in the criminal database. 

               

COMMENTS:

This has been mentioned before, and DHHS and Obama have yet to do anything about it.  Anyone using a navigator is susceptible to having his or her personal and confidential information compromised.  The report does not indicate how the backgrounds of individuals working at the ObamaCare website or within DHHS are investigated, or if they are at all.  This means you have to consider any information you provide to a navigator or through the website is at increased risk of ending up in the hands of a convicted criminal.

Q. Is the IRS issue of deliberate attacks against conservative groups and withholding of tax exempt status now dead?  (Jeremiah ~ Sacramento, CA)

A. By Holder and the Obama Administration, yes it is a dead issue. In fact, it never existed; it was manufactured by the Republicans.  The fact that over 900 organizations who applied over three years ago still have no answers regarding their tax exempt status is immaterial.    Now, there may be civil lawsuits against Obama, but I would be willing to bet that there will be no hearing before a court before Obama and his thugs leave office. 

Q. What do you think Obama is going to say in his State of the Union Address?  (Miyah ~ Barstow, CA)

A. Nothing that he hasn’t already said before: Blame Bush and the Republican obstructionists; ObamaCare is the best thing to happen to America since the discovery of electricity; he is going to move ahead with gun control legislation, but he doesn’t want your guns; and immigration and jobs are his top priority.  There will be no move toward reconciliation, only fire, brimstone, spit and venom.  Snakes are good at spitting out venom. 

Q.  Middle-aged men who drink more than 2-1/2 drinks per day lose cognizant function and six years of memory, according to a recent study.  They have all of these damned studies going all of the time.  Do you put any stock in them?  (Lim ~ South San Francisco, CA)

A.  Maybe that accounts for Obama’s lack of cognizant function and the fact that he can’t remember what he said yesterday.  Studies are like statistics and polls; they can be manipulated to say anything the author wants them to say.
