COURT DEALS BLOW TO OBAMACARE

Regardless of the fact that the government has no Constitutional right to interfere with the free practice of religion, ObamaCare has required that religious organizations provide for contraceptives in their healthcare insurance programs.  Now, a Federal Court Judge has ruled in favor of the religious organizations, saying that the law compels them to acts prohibited by their religion and that the pressure is enormous.

COMMENTS:

You can bet that Obama will use federal attorneys and federal money to take this decision to the Supreme Court.  Darn… and just as Obama was about to install the Quran as the new national Bible.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:

Q. I see Americans are increasingly blaming Obama for ObamaCare, high prices, high deductibles and inferior coverage.  Why don’t they do something about it?  (Tracy ~ Kanab, UT)
A. Who else are they going to blame… Netanyahu?  Why they are not up in arms and raising hell with Congress is beyond me.  Obviously, they prefer a dictatorship to a democracy.

Q. In addition to the atheists plotting to tear down a war memorial cross in San Diego, I understand there’s a big fight brewing over the Oklahoma State Capitol building?  (Peg ~ Glendale, AZ)
A. In 2009, the Oklahoma Legislature approved the construction of a monument containing the Ten Commandments near the Capitol building.  Now, groups of Satanists and Hindus are trying to get the right to install their own monuments on Capitol grounds.  If they are denied, I think they have a legal claim; under such circumstances, it would appear to me that the legislature is favoring one religion over another.

Q. They’re naming anther new guy to try and make sense out of the ObamaCare website?  Didn’t they just hire a guy a couple of weeks ago?  (Ursula ~ Burlingame, CA)
A. That was Jeff Zients.  I really don’t know why he’s gone; there’s word he’s taking another new job within the Administration.  Kurt DelBene from Microsoft will be the new fixit honcho at ObamaCare.  I guess that means we can expect a new version every 24 months requiring completely new software in our own computers.
