The Inspector General for the Department of Justice has concluded
its investigation into the Fast & Furious gun-running scandal. A top Justice official has resigned and the
report suggests that no one above that individual knew of or could have stopped
the scheme.
COMMENTS:
Remember that the I.G. works for Holder. Remember that Holder has refused to deliver Congress documents pertaining to the matter and has received a contempt
citation for refusing to do so. Remember that
President Obama issued an illegal declaration of Executive Privilege on those
documents to prevent further action by the Congress. In other words, this I.G. investigation report
is, at best, tainted.

Q. Is there any more information as to whether or not the
U.S. knew about the threat before the protests and attacks in Egypt and
Libya? (Pat ~ Redding, CA)
A. A communiqué to the State Department delivered two days
before the Libyan attack told about the impending raid. A cable to the Egyptian embassy on September
10th, the day before the initial protests, warned that there could
be violence, but gave no directions for increased security. An Internet posting that would have been
picked up by U.S. intelligence alluded several days before the events that they
were imminent. As of this posting, State
still insists it had no advance warning.
Q. I heard yesterday that Iran is testing chemical weapons
for use by Syrian president Assad. What
will we do about that? (Olivia ~ Santa
Barbara, CA)
A. Reports are that tests include delivery by rocket. It is also known that Syria has a very huge
stockpile of chemical weapons. Supposedly,
if Assad uses them or transfers them to Hezbollah, he’s toast. This would explain why Iran is doing the
testing. That they are being tested
suggests that they are at least being considered for use.
Q. With everything that is happening in the world right now,
why hasn’t the President held a press conference to discuss these things, like all
other Presidents have done under such circumstances? (Neal ~
Bullhead City, AZ)
A. He hasn’t had a press conference since June. He is petrified at the thought of having to
answer extemporaneous questions that can’t be dealt with by teleprompter
response. He’s told so many lies and
spun so much truth, he might well get tripped up.
