Setting an ominous tone on the eve of his first visit to the
United Nations as Egypt’s President, Mohammed Morsi sent a shot across Obama’s foreign policy
bow Sunday by warning that Egypt will choose its own way. Morsi criticized U.S. dealings with the Arab
world, saying it is no longer possible to judge Egyptian behavior and
decision-making by American cultural standards.
He stressed that unlike his predecessor, Mubarak, he will behave
"according to the Egyptian people's choice and will, nothing else."
COMMENTS:
Well said, Mr. Morsi.
Hopefully, someone in Washington will come to grips with the fact that
we are no longer the all-powerful, all-knowing omnipotent power in the
world. Now that you have accomplished that, what's next Mr. Obama?
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Do you think race will play a part in this year’s
Presidential elections? (Willie ~ Oakland,
CA)
A. I do not believe race played any part in the 2008
election, but after seeing what Obama has done to this country as a
representative of Black Americans, I definitely think race is going to play a
major role in this election. I believe he has set the Black agenda back at
least 50 years.
Q. What’s your opinion on early voting? (Charity ~ Kelso, WA)
A. Plus and minus.
For people who are going to be out of town on Election Day, it’s
great. They say it’s also good for those
who have thoroughly made up their minds.
However, let’s just suppose that there is some bad revelation about
Candidate “Joe” three days before the election?
Now, all of those who have already voted for him are going to be kicking themselves in
the rump. I believe Election Day should be
just that… the day everyone votes. To
protect the intention and integrity of our election process, the only exceptions should be absentee ballots
for military and others who cannot be
home to vote on Election Day.
Q. Obama says “Israel is one of our closest allies in the
(Middle East) region.” And he says he’s
not paying any attention to the “noise” coming from Israel about the Iranian
nuclear threat. Just who is a closer friend over there? Pakistan?
Egypt? Syria? And he refers to Israel’s concern about Iran
as being just “noise?” (Victor ~ Seattle,
WA)
A. Victor, my friend, your eyes are now opened to who
Obama really is. Remember Khrushchev saying something to the
effect that we would be destroyed by “an enemy within?” I prefer to refer to
Obama as our “Black Knight of the Apocalypse.”

“There’s one thing that is certain: If we are going to stand
up to our enemies and prevail, we must stand united; Obama, unfortunately, is
the Great Divider.” ~ The Unknown Scribbler
