TRICK OR TREAT? PRESIDENT DEMANDS HOUSE PASS HIS STIMULUS BILL BY HALLOWEEN

Once again, Obama is telling Congress that he wants his Bill passed, passed in its entirety and passed immediately.  He says he will accept no excuses.

COMMENTS:
He deliberately designed his “bill” so that Republicans have no choice but to turn it down.  He wants them to look bad.  If there is anything at all in the Bill that has merit, that’s what Congress should pass and not one damned thing more.  But, history shows that the Republicans will stand strong and together until Halloween and then they’ll pass it and find some premise to claim victory.  Everyone in Washington, and I mean everyone, needs to be replaced.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. What is the story about Joe Biden’s brother being attacked over the weekend?  (Jenny ~ Redding, CA)
A. Francis Biden who lives in Florida and is not related to Francis Bacon, received an envelope filed with a white powder, some of which got onto his skin.  He was rushed to the hospital, where the powder was found to be harmless.  I think this was a vast lack of appropriate security measures.

Q. In listening to a story about a company that has not built electric charge stations for vehicles according to its contract, I learned that sales of electric powered calls are really lagging.  Why don’t they get the message that people don’t want electric cars?  (Larry ~ Sacramento, CA)
A. "They" don’t care what people want or don’t want.  Besides, this is not going to save one ounce of energy; you still have to produce the electricity to charge the cars with.  It’s just another government boondoggle.

Q. Do you think Amanda Knox is guilty?  (Loraine ~ Scottsdale, AZ)
A. I am not in possession of any evidence or testimony.  I did not see the trial.  All I know is what the media has said and I do not trust the media as far as I can throw them.  Therefore, I cannot responsibly answer and anyone else who does answer under these circumstances should be ashamed of themselves.
