A. I don’t have the slightest idea. He has no past tax issues, spent no time in prison, and had no terrorist associations.
Q. The Iranians seem to be thumbing their noses at the world, just as North Korea has done. What are your predictions about how we will now respond? (Curtis – Del Rio, TX)
A. Iran and North Korea are allies and are sharing nuclear technology. I don’t think Obama will do anything until they make an overt military move and, if Israel makes a move against Iran, I think Obama might even side with Iran.
Q. What’s all the flap about Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero and Obama? (Bennie – Shasta City, CA)
A. Spain has a law against publishing photographs of children of its diplomats. On the Prime Minister’s recent visit, pictures were taken and pictures published included his children. Any competent Secretary of State would have known better than to allow it to happen.
