According to a report on FOX
NEWS, the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence has been
ordered to pay the legal fees of a defendant in a legal case, where the Brady
organization said that the seller of ammunition used in the Colorado movie
theater massacre should be held liable for those deaths. The Judge said the suit was filed for
propaganda purposes. "It is apparent that this case was filed to pursue
the political purposes of the Brady Center and, given the failure to present
any cognizable legal claim, bringing these defendants into the Colorado court
where the prosecution of James Holmes was proceeding appears to be more of an
opportunity to propagandize the public and stigmatize the defendants than to
obtain a court order."
COMMENTS:
One of the tactics of the anti-gunners is to cause financial
harm to pro-gunners by making them defend themselves in lawsuits. The decision was well-founded and right
on. It’s the only piece of sound
judicial reasoning in a long time; it’s too bad that Judge doesn’t sit on the
Supreme Court.
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Why do you suppose, knowing that their chances of escape
were slim and that they were likely to get caught anyway. Sweat and Matt
invested all of that time and energy trying to get out of Clinton Prison? (Tommie ~ Glendale, CA)
A. Who knows what goes through the minds of people locked
away for life? Maybe they were desperate
to get out and get onto ObamaCare?
Q. Do you think Sweat will talk about who helped him and
Matt escape and what other prisoners have been getting illegal “goodies” in
Dannemore? (Angelina ~ Colorado Springs,
CO)
A. I wouldn’t. He’s
going to spend the rest of his life in high security prisons and nobody there
likes a snitch. Maybe they could
threaten to lock him up with Hillary?
Q. I am so very concerned there will be a terrorist attack
in the U.S. over the 4th of July weekend. Is there anything we can do to help prevent
one?
(Ryan ~ Fremont, CA)
A. Keep your eyes open and report anything you see that
seems out of place or unusual. Be
particularly alert around crowds, dams, utility lines and national monuments. Just the fact that we are in fear of such an
attack is enough terrorism for me.
