Allegations are that NASA has transferred classified weapons
technology to China through its Ames Research Laboratory and that an FBI investigation
into the matter, ongoing since 2009, has been successfully stonewalled by the
Obama Administration. According to a FOX
NEWS report, a secret grand jury was to be impanelled in February of
2011, but the Federal prosecutor was removed from the case by the Department of
Justice; the case was subsequently transferred from one northern California
jurisdiction to another, where it was pigeon-holed.

selling our national secrets to China? Do you understand what this implies?
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I was reading there was a program in Santa Fe encouraging
citizens to turn in their guns for a couple of hundred dollars apiece. The program lead people to believe their
turn-ins would be anonymous, but now they’re releasing names of people who have
participated. All of the crooks in town
will now know which houses don’t have guns.
Are we going insane? (Annie ~
Henderson, NV)
A. This is what happens when you let these liberals out of
their cages; they take their brains out and play with them. They’re like their illustrious leader, the
Omnipotent One; you can’t believe a word they say or a promise they make.
Q. Several weeks ago, you said there was a move afoot to
change the Constitution to allow Presidents to be in office for more than two
terms, so that Obama could continue in office. I understand such a bill has
actually been proposed in Congress?
(Harvey ~ Walnut Creek, CA)
A. H.J. Resolution 15 provides for just that. It was introduced by Jose Serrano from New
York and, given Obama’s recent victory, it could well pass; all it needs is a
2/3 majority in both the House and the Senate.
If it is not stopped in the House, it would likely be stopped by the
states, ¾ of which, (38 states), must ratify it.
Q. I hear conflicting stories about the AR-15 being a
full-assault weapon and not. Can you
clarify? (Charlene ~ Hanford, CA)
A. The term “assault rifle” is ambiguous at best; Wikipedia
looks at it as being an automatic rifle capable of being used as a
semi-automatic, automatic or “burst” fire weapon. The AR-15 is being called an assault rifle
but, under the above definition it has been misclassified because the AR-15 is
semi-automatic only, (meaning you have to pull the trigger for each shot). The 1994 Federal Assault law included
semi-automatic rifles under the definition of assault weapons if it had a
detachable magazine and at least two
of the following items: a folding or telescopic stock; a pistol grip that protrudes
conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; a bayonet mount; a flash
suppressor or threaded barrel (a barrel that can accommodate a flash
suppressor); or a grenade launcher."
The AR-15 does not fit these criteria.
Nevertheless, the Obama Administration appears bound and determined to
include the AR-15 in a list of soon-to-be-banned “assault weapons,” along with
the requirement for a national gun registry with which I will refuse to
comply.
