The Constitution and Federal laws are clear; if you are an American citizen you cannot be put to death or put in prison without due process of law. Yet, the Omnipotent One doesn’t give a damn what the law says; his government claims the right to kill American citizens suspected of terrorism using American drones or whatever other means are available to them. Jay Carney said yesterday that, “These strikes are legal, they are ethical and they are wise.”

I’ve said it before and I will say it again: “Any other President would be impeached and
thrown into jail. The fact that Obama is Black is no damned defense or excuse!”

Q. I understand applications for gun permits and
background checks dropped dramatically in January. What do you attribute that to? (Alice ~ Lodi, CA)
A. There literally aren’t any more guns to buy; the
manufacturers can’t keep up with the demand.
When guns come back in supply, the permits will go back up. Keep in mind too, that the government
agencies bought up hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammo in recent months, so
you can’t find ammo, either. Do you
think they’ve decided if they buy up all of the guns and ammo they’ll win the
argument?
Q. The California legislature has introduced a bill to
require owners of all guns to carry “violence liability insurance.” Reaction?

A. It’s a thinly disguised attempt to make all gun owners
turn in their weapons due to the cost of owning them. The premiums will be astronomical. No legitimate gun owner puts himself in a
position where he will be liable for using his gun; only crooks and kooks do that. Once again, the crooks will win; they’re not
going to buy any insurance. They also
plan to send law enforcement out to seize your guns if you don’t buy the
insurance and they have the database to do it with. Yes, the SS Storm Troopers are going to be
knocking on your door, sooner than you think.
Q. Last week a man was chasing his wife down a street in
Everett, Washington. He was carrying and
displaying a knife and was screaming that he was going to kill her. Another man saw the chase, pulled his gun and
fired a shot into the air; the attacker stopped and was held at gunpoint until
police arrived. The story got a back
page mention one paragraph long in the Everett Herald and other papers didn’t
even carry the story, but gun control was making front pages. They are really out to get rid of guns, aren’t

A. The Good Samaritan is lucky they didn’t throw him in jail
for discharging his gun within city limits.
Did he have a concealed weapons permit?
Was he the legal owner of the gun?
Was the gun registered? The
left-wing liberal attorneys are probably lined up to defend the would-be
assassin and I can hear the arguments now.
But, (see main story above), Obama claims the right to kill any citizen,
anytime, on suspicion he might be a terrorist?
