MISSOURI, KENTUCKY, CALIFORNIA CONSIDER EXTREME GUN LAWS

Laws that could result in the confiscation of your guns, as well as felony charges against you, are being considered in Missouri and California.  This includes guns you currently legally own.  In Kentucky, a local blog has sent letters to all sheriffs demanding he names and addresses of every registered gun owner in the state. 

COMMENTS:

The Constitution enumerates that no government entity can take our property without due process, but that won’t stop these left-wing radicals.  It’s sad to say this, but I fear these kooks are going to put law-abiding gun owners in a situation where we have no choice but to shoot back.  All of this rhetoric has to stop and stop soon, and we all have to start working together to find the real and proper solutions to gun violence.  And no… don’t even think about coming to get my guns; I’ll do down fighting because I know in my heart that you’ll want my poisonous dart tubes next.

Here we are with truly astronomical odds against such an occurrence and it’s happening.  It’s hundreds or thousands of years between events when a meteor large enough to create significant damage hits Earth, but that happened in Russia yesterday.  At the same time, there was a huge asteroid passing dangerously close to Earth, an event that happens even less frequently.  Do you have any idea what the odds are of these two things happening at the same time?  (Erroll ~ Diamond Bar, CA)

A. About the same as the odds of Barack Obama showing a legitimate birth certificate from anywhere or telling the truth about Benghazi…. Probably billions to one.    

Q. Does Google collect information on my Android and sell it?  (June ~ Chandler, AZ)

A. Probably.  If you’ve download an app from their Play Store, it’s almost a certainty that they are selling your contact list, your location, where you browse and other information.  How can you protect yourself?  Get rid of the apps, get your bank information erased from your phone and always consider Google to be a security threat. 

Q. Do you think we will have another World War in our lifetime and, if so, will it be nuclear?  (Garth ~ Bodega Bay, CA)

A. Barring a Second Coming of Christ or some such spectacular event, I don’t see how we can avoid another world war given the way things are now.  World War implies that we, the Russians, Chinese, Brits, Germans, French… at the very least and probably those countries in the Middle East… are going to be involved.  I personally believe it will start in the Middle East and then everyone else will choose sides.  Given the number of nations involved which have nuclear capabilities and given the temperaments of those involved, the odds that it will be nuclear are very high.  Will such a war devastate Earth’s population?  I can foresee tremendous numbers of casualties, but I can also foresee survivors, many of which will be disfigured and genetically altered.  They’ll probably all look like Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid.
