Two events occurring within the last few days have evidently sent Obama into an outrage. A Federal Court ruled that Obama’s appointments of three NLRB members made during a supposed Congressional recess were unconstitutional and that the three must be removed. Obama made those appointments because he knew their nominations would never be confirmed by Congress. Now, faced with the Court ruling, he has placed the three names in nomination again and has told them to stay on the job in violation of the Court order. Yesterday, the Senate Republicans and some Democrats filibustered a vote to confirm Chuck Hagel as Secretary of Defense, thereby keeping Hagel out of the job. The battle on the floor of the Senate Thursday was historic; the Senate has never successfully filibustered a Cabinet secretary before. The President came unglued and fired off a harangue at the Senate Republicans. The Republicans and some Democrats are demanding that Obama and the Administration provide full and transparent answers regarding the Benghazi Massacre first. Obama continues to stonewall that issue.

Wow. Maybe there’s
hope for the Republican Party yet.
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. The uproar about what will happen when sequestration kicks
in continues to escalate. What do you
think will happen? (Silver ~ Carson
City, NV)
A. History shows that, on the eve of the sequestration the
Republicans will cave in and Obama will get his way, or they will kick it down
the road another 90 days. Why don’t they just get the damned job done? Because they don’t have the guts to make the
cuts, pardon the poetry. I really do
think it’s time we march on Washington the throw the whole gang of slime
out. Maybe we could send them all on a
Carnival Cruise…
Q. What is all the ruckus over Rubio and drinking water? (Red ~ Palos Verdes Estates, CA)
A. My God! He took a
sip of water during his State of the Union rebuttal. Here we have a horrible fiscal crisis looming
that no one wants to touch with a ten-foot-pole and all the left-wing loons can
talk about is a sip of water? What’s all
of this petty nonsense about? They really showed their true colors with this tactic.
Q. I don’t quite understand what Obama has in mind when he
says they’ll start paying for Medicare on the basis of quality of care as
opposed to the number of tests or medical visits. (Tina ~ Bend, OR)
A. It means that if you are sick or injured, you’re not
necessarily going to get the tests needed to find out what is wrong with you. It also means if you get discharged before
you’re cured and have to come back to the hospital later for further treatment,
Medicare is not going to pay for it. In
short, it means you are about to start feeling the ObamaCare shaft big
time.

Let him eat pork. But he who cannot eat pork, let him eat horsemeat. It's
simply a question of taste.” ~ Nikita Khrushchev, (NOT
