John Brennan appeared before Congress yesterday for
confirmation hearings for the Director of CIA job; it was a hearing halted at
one time by protestors. Although Republicans and many Democrats had voiced deep
concern over the fact that the Obama Administration had authorized the use of
drones to kill American citizens suspected of terrorist acts, few questions on
the subject were actually asked and Brennan defended the policy, stating the
option would only be used as a “last resort.”
COMMENTS:
Last resort according to whom? The Constitution, Article III, Section 2 (3)
provides that the trial for all crimes
shall be by jury. Article V of the Bill
of Rights provides that no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or
otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury…
nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. Once again, this President has brazenly usurped our Constitution and the House of
Representatives, failing to issue Articles of Impeachment against him, is
complicit in his disregard for our governing document and should also be removed
from office. I’m not kidding. This
is bordering on the verge of treason against the United States and its Constitution
by the President; if it goes unchallenged, we are de facto submitting to
dictatorship.

concerned, he is the devil reincarnated, the Black Knight of the Apocalypse. This

Q. Just like the Benghazi Massacre, the news about the
attack on our Embassy in Turkey has dried up.
What’s going on with it? (Marvin

A. There is growing evidence that Syria played a role in the
attack. The bomber belonged to the
Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party/Front (DHKP-C), a Marxist-Leninist
terrorist group which has ties to the Assad dictatorship of Syria. If true, this puts Obama in the position of having to deal with it and that factor probably
has a great deal to do with the lack of information coming forth. Obama is a true believer in the adage, “No
news is good news.”
Q. Is there any new, relevant news about Benghazi? (Darrell ~ Provo, UT)
A. Word is that Obama was absent from the White House during
the attack, although he was aware of the fact that it was going on. He received no updates and did not
participate in the decision making. Why
not? Ask him. He’ll be happy to spin you off an
answer, lickety-split.
