They can add to it, but they don’t have to pay it back. So, our MasterCard, Visa, American Express have all been used up. Let’s go apply for a Discover Card! Sure, that’s it! Let’s get one of those deals where we can use our new credit limit to pay off the old limits at the other banks! You know the routine! Or, we could just quit answering the phone; that way, won’t have to pay anyone anything and if they start knocking at the door, we’ll get the Federal Consumer Protection Agency to chase them off. Ain’t life good?
