These are all moot issues, because I still do not believe that Obama will finish this term. I think that events are going to force him to either resign or he will be impeached. That means we need to be looking at polls involving Joe Biden. I happen to think that Biden would make a good President. I think the country, and the Republicans in particular, have sold him short. Besides, after all we have been through with Obama, it’s time we had a good laugh. TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Yesterday, I heard that an unknown plumber may have come up with the design of the cap that has so far stopped the flow of oil from the Gulf leak. Do you have any idea who he or she is? (Phil ~ Abilene, TX)A. If the administration gets its spin on the story, it’ll turn out that it was either a Black Panther from Philadelphia or an illegal from Juarez. Actually, whoever came up with the idea exhibited down-to-earth American ingenuity, the kind that Obama would just as soon stifle. After all, if you have too many smart asses around, how can you possibly hold yourself out as being the smartest smart ass of all? Wow, I’ll probably get thrown in jail for that answer.
Q. John Daly flipped his lid at the British Open. Does he hold the record for the worst temper on the golf course? (Mervine ~ Edmond, OK)
A. I think David Graham from Australia holds that record.
Q. Now we hear about massive Medicare fraud. Could it be that Obama can actually cut $500 billion from Medicare just in fraud alone? (Sammy ~ Arcata, CA)
A. If Obama can create or save 3.5 million jobs, Obama can do anything. So sayeth the Speaker of the House.
