GORE SKATES FREE

The Portland charges that Al took undue advantage of a legitimate masseuse will not be prosecuted. District Attorney Michael Schrunk said the case has numerous problems and isn't appropriate for a criminal prosecution.

COMMENTS:
Thank God for that decision; otherwise, they would have had to admit they were wrong the first time around. Good God, man, what if one of those scientists who falsified data on global warming should end up testifying about DNA evidence and other biological things? Now, finally, we can get back to addressing Cap & Trade, something we have all been waiting for with baited breath. Please pass the Gray Poop-On.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Do you feel that the Shasta County Planning Commission is fair? (Ben ~ Burney, CA)
A. That depends on how much money you are willing to put up.

Q. Am I crazy or are the numbers of casualties in Afghanistan increasing, and if so, why? (Laird ~ Littleton, NH)
A. You are correct, numbers are increasing. Obviously, Chairman Barack's strategy is working.

Q. Why won’t the Obama administration deal with the immigration issue? (Tessie ~ Ruidoso, NM)
A. The Chairman has been unable to get Congress to go along with his plans on the issue. He is considering ways to go around lawmakers to let undocumented immigrants stay in the United States. An internal memo at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services says "In the absence of comprehensive immigration reform, USCIS can extend benefits and/or protections to many individuals or groups." Such as, giving out green cards where they are not currently given, refusing to send violators back to Mexico… You get the picture; if you can’t beat the law, circumvent it.
