ANTI-TEA PARTY HARANGUE HEATS UP

Several charges have come forth in the past few days, allegations that members of the Tea Parties are racists and that black members of Tea Parties are Nazis. The anti-Tea Party rhetoric comes at a time when Democratic polls are in the dumps.

COMMENTS:
Again, whenever these donkeys are put into a position where they have to win the argument on its merits, they fail and they resort to shout downs and denigrating attacks. It’s a despicable tactic reminiscent of the Marxist era and Americans are getting sick and tired of it. When Pelosi couldn’t defend the Health Care Bill on its merits, she yelled racism and accused Americans of being “Astroturf.” Both Reid and Obama have done the same.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I hear that Michelle Bachmann is forming a Tea Party caucus in Congress. Does this mean that the Tea Party is going to organize itself into a political party? (Karlene ~ Las Vegas, NV)
A. The fact that the Republicans are faltering and flatly refusing to show leadership at the National Committee level, and that the disgusting tactics of the Democratic Party continue unabated leaves the door open for the Tea Parties to organize. It’s not just one Tea Party, there are many. I don’t look for them to be up and running before November, but I think they’re concluding that the only way to save this country is to change the system back to what it was when this country was founded. Neither the Republicans nor the Democrats appear to be willing to lead that charge.

Q. Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan has been working on a legal strategy regarding the forthcoming lawsuits about the Health Care Plan. Now, she says she will not recuse herself from the cases when they come before the Supreme Court. Isn’t that a direct conflict of interest? (David ~ Athens, GA)
A. Yes, it is. But, like the Health Care Plan we didn’t want, she is going to be confirmed and there’s not a damned thing we can do about it except vote the people out in November who go along with it.

Q. So, Mel Gibson was hanging around with a porn star? (Connie ~ Redding, CA)
A. Yeah, and he’s not even a Congressman!

TODAY’S QUOTE:
“And what my constitutional values are are wholly irrelevant to the job, and so neither you nor anyone else will know what they are. “ ~ Elena Kagan                            (So there, you lowly peasants!)
