WHITE HOUSE ALTERED REPORT, LIED ABOUT GULF

The repeated televised reports showing the President talking about discussing the Gulf oil crisis with scientists and other knowledgeable people is correct, but the subsequent report to the people was not, according to admissions before a House Committee this week. The report was signed and delivered and subsequently changed by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar to suggest that it supported an immediate suspension of Gulf oil drilling. "The experts who are involved in crafting the report gave us their recommendation and their input and I very much appreciate those recommendations," he said. "It was not their decision on the moratorium. It was my decision and the president's decision to move forward."

COMMENTS:
There we have it, an open admission that the President and Salazar conspired to change an official report in order to lie to the public for political purposes. WHEN IS THE AMERICAN PUBLIC GOING TO HAVE ENOUGH OF THIS BULL?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Now we are hearing that the Gulf leak was even larger than the larger previously reported. What is going on? (Lanny ~ Boulder City, NV)
A. BP/ARCO is in charge, the President is involved; so, you have misinformation, disinformation and obfuscation. What else would you expect under the circumstances?

Q. Van der Sloot wants to reveal where Natalie’s body is buried in exchange for better treatment. Will they go for it? (Perry ~ Wendover, NV)
A. The Holloways might, but Peru won’t. Would that be fair to the family of the latest victim?

Q. It is great to hear that 16-year-old Abby Sunderland who was sailing around the world and ran into problems in the Indian Ocean is alive. Why did her parents let her do this? (Bernice ~ San Diego, CA)
A. Who knows? Besides the perils of the sea, there are rapists and pillagers out there. I agree that it was a most unwise decision and that they should have their collective heads examined. Maybe they figured the temporary decrease in the teenager’s cell phone bill was worth it.

“After a shooting spree, they always want to take the guns away from the people who didn't do it. I sure as hell wouldn't want to live in a society where the only people allowed guns are the police and the military.” ~ William S. Burroughs
