A. There’s a lot of light oil on the ocean surface. I raised this possibility several weeks ago and had people looking at me sideways. If the light oil attached itself to water as it evaporates into the clouds, of course it can happen. The problem now looms… What are those poor folks going to do for drinking water? Once their water systems get polluted, then what? Good job handling the cleanup there, Barack. You really should get down there and suck it up.
