HEALTH INSURANCE COSTS SKY ROCKET; FIRMS REACT

Companies which provide employees with health care benefits have received a “sticker shock” from their companies; as a result of the new Health Care Plan, their premiums for 2011 are taking a steep rise. As a result, deductibles for employees are going up from $200 to $400 or more and employees must pay a larger share of the premiums. And the actual effect of the new plan are just beginning to be felt, with much larger impacts coming in future years.

COMMENTS:
How's THAT for a nice kick in the economy?  Welcome to the reality of the fact that President Barack Hussein Obama and his cronies openly lied to you when they shoved this down your throats. Remember that when you go to the polls.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. What is this bull about giving dance lessons and holding bingo sessions for illegal immigrants who get arrested and detained? (Marjo ~ El Segundo, CA)
A. You have to treat your people in prison with respect, dignity and humanity. Just because they broke the law does not mean they should not have these things to go along with their medical care, social security payments and education. If we don’t do these things for them, what incentive do they have to stay here and take more of our jobs after they get out of prison?  It's also time they got rid of that stupid law in Arizona.

Q. What about all of those earthquake storms happening in southern California? (Rosita ~ Needles, AZ)
A. It’s Bush’s fault, pardon the play on words.

Q. What’s the latest on the fate of the Mojave Cross that the Supreme Court said could stand, someone torn down in the middle of the night, was replaced and was torn down again? (Chris ~ Reno, NV)
A. The Justice Department, bowing to arguments that the Supreme Court only allowed the original Cross to stand and not replacements, has refused to allow another replacement to the Cross and seems bent on forcing supporters to go through the whole legal process again. Supporters are now asking President Obama to intervene, but he has yet to respond and probably won’t. This issue is rapidly becoming an issue of “us vs. them.”
