The left-leaning American Bar Association has gone overboard in its attempts to scuttle President Trump's latest nomination to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Lawrence VanDyke was the subject of a scathing letter from the ABA, sent to committee leadership Tuesday night, which alleged that people they interviewed expressed the concern VanDyke could not be fair to members of the LGBTQ community.

Van Dyke, in his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee, denied the ABA's contention, saying he was not given a fair opportunity to respond to the allegations during his ABA interview. He said when he was confronted with the concerns about his views, he began to answer but was told they were running out of time.  If that doesn't sound just like a Schiff-organized maneuver, what does?

House Republicans can rant, fume, boil and gesture all they want.  They can file ethics complaints and resolutions.  They can stand in the halls of Congress and piss and moan until the cows come home.  But, until they use their legal avenues in the Courts, until they refuse to participate in the Democrat's unconstitutional coup, they are nothing more than worthless buffoons complicit in the conspiracy to overthrow the government of the United States. 

British engineers have cleared a massive 40-ton block of congealed fat, grease and other waste known as a “fatberg” from a South London sewer after spending three weeks chiseling down the clog. No word yet as to how many Democrats were hiding in there.  

Catherine Herridge, longtime investigative reporter for Fox News, has left to join CBS, saying “I feel privileged to join a team where facts and storytelling will always matter.” 

Contrary to the speculation of many pundits, being that President Trump could be impeached and then reelected in 2020 anyway, the Constitution says that if you are impeached you can no longer hold or have any office.

Today, the Republicans proved beyond all reasonable doubt that they are willing to do whatever the Democrats demand.  Like sheep, they let the Democrats dictate all of the the rules. 

The House Democrats are now accusers, prosecutors and judges and the Republicans have resigned themselves to weakly carping about it.  

They have at their disposal the ability to walk out and refuse to comply or to turn to the Court, but they refuse to do either.  

To hell with all of them.

Judicial Watch reports the U.S. State Department has been using a powerful Facebook-owned social media tracking tool linked to leftist billionaire George Soros to unlawfully monitor prominent U.S. conservative figures, journalists and persons with ties to President Donald Trump.  Does this mean, as I suspect, that Soros has been telling journalists what to write and White House insiders how to act? 

On top of high poverty rates, skyrocketing homelessness, rising crime, and the return of medieval-sounding diseases, California has been hit by a series of rolling, widespread blackouts.  Will the last person to move out to another state please turn out the lights... if there happens to be any on? It appears that PGE is telling customers their equipment is substandard and if rate payers want it to be improved, they're going to have to pay for it.  Until they do... they can live in the dark ages, so to speak.  

It's too damned bad the California fires have not burned down the Governor's mansion.  

Jeff Sessions, the inept deep-state former Attorney General, is saying he might run for the Senate again in Alabama.  

Facing the reality that she doesn't stand a chance in 2020, Kamalala has taken a page from Hillary's playbook and started the blame tour already.  She says Americans are too racist and sexist to elect a woman of color.  

Washington's man of utmost integrity, Adam Schiff, has prevented at least one witness from answering GOP questions.  Yes, it is indeed a kangaroo court, run by a bunch of total jackasses.

MICROSOFT: THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON SCREWING AND SCREWING

Microsoft is having so many problems with various glitches and "updates" to its Windows 10 operating system that they're almost to the point of issuing daily "fixes."  One of their latest so-called "fixes" has rendered thousands of computers to open up with a totally blue screen and no way to get past it. 

Not to be outdone with this disaster, Microsoft is also announcing it will no longer offer support for its Windows 7 system starting next year.  Glibly, they say you have only one choice: buy a new computer, upgrade to Windows 10 and replace all of your other software that is not compatible with Windows 10.  Bend over.

James Comey says he'll move to New Zealand if Trump is reelected.  I hear a Go Fund Me campaign has already raised $343 million to cover his relocation costs.  

The only thing the House Dems haven't done in trying to get rid of President Trump is to set up a gallows and a hangman's noose on the Capitol steps.  I don't rule that possibility out.  

The House Intelligence Committee couldn't care less about formerly regular briefings on the war against terrorism because... they're too busy trying to impeach President Trump.   National security can wait. 

The Washington Post is lamenting al-Bagdhadi's demise, saying he was a "religious scholar." 

Sickos never cease to amaze me.  A young girl had a tragic accident and as a result her faced was badly scarred for life.  Enter her sister, who hasn't spoken to her in more than a year, who now wants the gal to be a bridesmaid at her wedding.  The bride's explanation is that with her scarred sister in the wedding pictures, it would make the bride and other bridesmaids look prettier.  

Half of Americans can't start their day on a positive note without a good cup of morning coffee.  The other half are Democrats.

For over two years now, Adam Schiff has been maneuvering to impeach a duly-elected president of the United States.  In recent weeks, his vendetta has turned into something very ugly and very insidious.  He's taken to hiding facts from his enemies, even going to far as to manufacture his own "facts" in an effort to convince his peers that he has the goods on Trump.  

Evildoers never expect they will be caught and exposed.  They figure they are much too clever for that.  When inconvenient items of truth came raining on his parade, Schiff morphed his "inquiry" into becoming a Schutzstaffel operation.  Everything suddenly became a secret.  No potential truth seeker would be allowed to peer it his dungeon.  The "inquiry" has become one, huge railroad machine.  The last Schutzstaffel to exist lasted for decades and became very deadly; it was better known as the "S.S."

An Indian man was arrested Saturday after police alleged that he cut off and ate sloth bear genitalia in an effort to boost his sex drive.  He says he has iron-clad proof that President Trump has committed impeachable offenses.

At least the House Republicans finally stood together long enough to unanimously vote to censure Adam Schiff.  Maybe... just maybe... they're starting to realize how little we think of them.

So, the Brits voted in June of 2016 to exit the European Union and those against withdrawal have bitterly fought tooth and nail to overcome the will of the people ever since.  It must be contagious: we had an election in November of 2016 and the enemy within has been fighting tooth and nail ever since to overturn the results. 

It's time for the citizens of both countries to take to the streets and revolt until the results of their elections are validated and complied with.

PELOSI FAILS... AGAIN AND AGAIN

The general consensus is that Nancy Pelosi is refusing to legitimize her "impeachment inquiry" by allowing a floor vote in the House on the issue because, for the fourth time around... she doesn't have the votes.   Perhaps after Cortez takes the Speaker's job they won't have that problem. In any event, the last vote in July failed and, until they have a vote that passes, any subsequent "impeachment inquiry" is illegal, null and void on its face. 

But, details don't seem to bother Nancy.

Now that the Washington Nationals are in the World Series, speculation is that President Schiff will be asked to throw in the first pitch.

Oh, for God's sake, three years after President Trump's election, the former VA Secretary comes forth and whines that the President considered shutting down parts of the VA health system.  Well, #1 he didn't.  #2, the VA health system still sucks badly and should be entirely privatized.   Instead, I suppose, let's throw Trump on an ant pile and cover him with honey.   What loons!

Twitter has announced that no one can retweet President Trump's tweets or they will be barred from tweeting.  Twick or tweet?

Elijah Cummings is dead and they're going to lionize the man who did nothing for Baltimore or his nation. 

The Inspector General's report has been delayed again.  You know... the report we were going to have by mid-August?  The report that's supposed to shock the nation?  Maybe Pelosi and Schiff are blocking it? 

It was Nancy Pelosi who lost her cook at the White House the other day, not President Trump.  Recently released pictures show her standing across the table from the President, wagging and pointing her finger at him while going into an uncontrollable tirade.  She and her cohorts then walked out, went directly to the press and started whining that the President was an uncouth, melted-down trench-mouth.  I suspect Schiff wrote her script.

The real problem in the Turkey vs. Kurds situation is that we've threatened Turkey to back off the kurds, but we have 50 nukes stored 250 miles inside the Turkish border.  NEWSMAX, is reporting the nukes are now potentially to be held "hostage" by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. 

Analysts are now suggesting that Turkey was going after the Kurds whether we were there or not, and that having us stay there was putting our comparatively small contingent of forces at severe risk of being in harms way.

FOX NEWS is rumored to be bringing Megyn Kelly back to the network.  Tucker Carlson is bringing her on to his show as a "guest."  With as much vitriol as she had for President Trump and due to her bashing of the network after she left... should that actually happen, I predict FOX NEWS will be either bankrupt or on the market within 12 months.  Maybe CNN will buy them? 

Shun schnitty, shitty, shifty Schiff: Over 135 House Members have signed on to a resolution censuring Adam Schiff for his outrageous phony portrayal of the conversation between President Trump and Ukraine President Zelensky.  I cannot believe that many Republicans are finally learning how to stand on their own two feet. 

It looks like a repeat performance of the DNC's rigging of the 2016 primaries is in the works.  CNN has apparently been caught red-handed talking about who the network prefers for 2020... and how to make that happen.  

The word is out that if Michelle Obama entered the Democrat fray, she would instantly out-poll all of them put together.

Ilhan Omar has a brand new label for us: We're "right wing lurking snakes."  According to her, that's one step short of being called the worst name of all... "American." 

Rashida Tlaib has doubled down on her promise to cut off the pay of any government employee who refuses to testify.  Now she's say that they'll also be imprisoned.  Good job Rashida.  Is waterboarding in the plans also?  Are you going to stop the tongue lashings and start whip lashings?  How far will you go to make us comply? 

I said last week that I thought the FOX NEWS poll concluding that most Americans favored impeachment was B.S.  You can skew polls any way you want and the pollster did just that: most of those selected to take the poll were Democrats.  FOX NEWS chose to portray the poll as being correct and newsworthy. 

Trish Regan suggests that we are on the brink of civil war.  The time has already arrived in this country where you cannot attend a rally with 25,000 other like-minded people and leave without the enemy throwing urine at you, seizing your ball caps and burning them, and breaking your car windows.  It is truly ugly and ominous.

As much as I've come to dislike FOX NEWS,  I do have to agree that letting Trey Gowdy go was the correct thing to do.  They've historically parted company with any one who went to work for high positions in government and for political organizations. 

However, don't expect Gowdy to perform set the world on fire or to meet any high bars of achievement.  His time in the House convinced me that he is a man of many words and few good accomplishments.

UFO'S OVER NORTH CAROLINA

A slew of lights spotted over the outer banks off of North Carolina is raising a stir in the news and on YouTube.  Someone suggested they might be military exercise flares, but military sources were quick to deny that they had any aircraft flying in the area.  

The display of lights is very similar to what appeared over Phoenix in 1997 and at other locations around the world over the years.  Maybe alien beings from another planet are bringing in another hoard of Democrats?

Senator Amy Klobuchar says she has the "smoking gun" that's going to impeach and remove President Trump from office.   "He is basically going to one leader after another trying to get dirt on his political opponent," she says. "I consider that a violation of our laws. I consider it a violation of the election laws. You've got the smoking gun document, but now you’re getting... reports of another whistleblower that is going to back up what the first whistleblower says." 

Has Adam Schiff finally, after three years of insisting that he had a smoking gun, finally manufactured it and given it to Klobuchar?

Tired of hearing the truth, Kamalala is demanding that Twitter suspend President Trump's account.  If other Americans want to hear the truth, that's their right.  Likewise, intelligent beings who don't want to hear the truth don't have to follow President Trump's Twitter account if they don't want to.  But, Kamalalala wants to seize the authority to decide for you.

Joe Biden is desperately trying to get that picture of him, along with son Hunter and the Ukrainians on the golf course... scrubbed from the Internet and media.

Do House Democrats intend to subpoena the White House shoeshine boy for documents and information about the Ukraine telephone call?

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black, I hear Pocahontas wants to tax horses on Indian reservation lands because they emit methane gas.

Bernie Sanders is sporting new stents.  He's going to take a few days off and relax in one of his ostentatious mansions that he says Americans have no right to own.

Adam Schiff, who appears to have more ties with the Ukranians than either Biden or Clinton, helped the "whistleblower" write the "complaint" about President Trump's phone call, and Schiff is now peeing in his pants because he's been caught red-handed. He's even trotted out Nancy Pelosi to speak on his behalf. 

Pelosi, upon being questioned about how the House can proceed with an "impeachment inquiry" without a vote on the House floor to do so, bore her heart on her sleeve when she basically retorted that when the Democrats control the House, they can make whatever rules they want and, should the Republicans not like it, that's just too damned bad.  I suspect the Republicans will shuffle off into their offices and forget about it.

WHISTLEBLOWER SHAM

It has historically been the rule, well-founded in the law, that information provided by a whistleblower must be first-hand information...  not hearsay, not from fiction newspaper stories, not figments of imagination.  Just days before the Ukraine call whistleblower accusation, some "unknown" god changed the rule to allow for hearsay third-party accusations from a whistleblower.  How convenient. 

The current whistleblower says he/she got their information from two other individuals he/she overheard in a discussion... two individuals who thus far have refused to come forward on their own or to identify themselves.  If this doesn't sound like third-world fascist tactics at hand, what does?  Everyone involved in this contrivance, including Adam Schiff, should be in jail.

SIMMERING IMPEACHMENT PLOT REACHES BOILING POINT

It's apparent that the Democrat House now intends to file Articles of Impeachment against President Trump without even having a floor vote.  At the speed with which things are now occurring, we might expect this to happen within weeks, if not days. The Dems absolutely have to have this done immediately in order to counter the revelations about to come forth from the Attorney General's investigations into their corrupt and criminal activities... which also explains why they are attempting to marginalize Barr and destroy his credibility.     

In fact, the need is so urgent that it appears Adam Schiff was even willing to dirty his own hands and the hands of his attorneys by directly participating themselves in the creation of the whistle blower's "complaint." Schiff at least knew of it and was involved in the process in early August, weeks before it became public.  All of this is possibly, if not probably, has been done at the behest and covert urging of America's sweetheart... Nancy Pelosi.

Evidence confirms that... not only did Vice President Joe Biden use his political power to threaten Ukraine into favorable treatment toward his son Hunter, but... three prominent Democrat Senators, (Menendez, Durbin and Leahy), threatened to stop U.S. aid to Ukraine unless the country investigated President Trump.  The Dems even went so far as to ask Ukraine to somehow provide Robert Mueller with information to be used against the President.  

In the meanwhile, former Secretary of State Jon Kerry has been holding secret meetings with the Iranians in an overt effort to undermine President Trump in the Middle East.

There was also a plethora of vacant seats.

Campaign crowd estimates by the Warren staff have generally been running about three times the number in actual attendance.  She should probably stick to rain dances.

Gavin Newsom on Friday announced that he has commuted the sentences of 21 prison inmates, most convicted of murder or attempted murder and seven of whom had been serving life terms with no chance of parole. The freshman Democratic governor cited the youth of several of the offenders when they committed their crimes. He also criticized what he called the “disproportionately long sentencing enhancements” for some felons, including 25-years-to-life enhancements for using a firearm. 

Newsom is an anti-gunner, yet he doesn't longer sentences for those who use a firearm in the commission of a crime?  Inmates convicted of murder or attempted murder get out of jail?  Why not just close all of the California prisons and save us taxpayers some money?

Congressional Dems are working feverishly to increase Social Security payroll taxes.  No... benefits will not simultaneously increase as well. 
Besides, any increase in Social Security benefits next year will likely be eaten up by increases in Medicare insurance premiums.
Let's be realistic: A forced "buyback" program for guns is actually gun confiscation.  That's what many Dem hopefuls are demanding.

I can't believe that the United States Attorney is bringing charges against Andrew McCabe for lying about the Hillary investigations, but I CAN believe that the DOJ did everything possible to circumvent such a charge.  I can also understand why CNN hired McCabe; they're surrounding themselves with scoundrels who tried to overthrow our government. 

Why is it that whenever the Dems disagree with someone, they always have to apply a label?

O'Rourke's campaign promptly retorted that Pollak has a history of making inflammatory remarks about Blacks and that Beto wanted to prevent any bad vibes at the event.  Evidently, Beto really wanted to exert his "right" to censorship; Pollak is an Orthodox Jew married to a Black woman.  So, why would Pollak be racist?  Oh my... HUGHES NET SUCKS

All of those enticing ads from Hughes Net makes one want to cut the cable and phone lines.  I did and my satellite internet worked fine for five years, paying Hughes Net $110 per month for their premium service.  I never went over my data limits and then, out of the clear blue, my internet speed dropped to... like dial up speed.  They said I was over my data limits and it was only 13 days into my month!  I don't stream videos and I don't do online gaming. 

But, they wouldn't budge; after paying them well over $6,000 since I signed up with them, they basically called me a liar and told me I had exceeded my limits and would therefore have slower speed unless I bought more "tokens."  When I called them to cancel... then I became worth talking to, but it was too late.  I'd already decided to make the switch... and saved $55 a month in the process for even faster speeds.  Obviously, their attitude toward loyal customers sucks.

Missouri Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal, a black Democrat, said she has no plans to resign after Thursday’s post in which she wrote, “I hope Trump is assassinated!” At the same time, Illinois state Senator Martin Sanodval (D-Chicago) apologized Sunday after photos from his fundraiser surfaced showing a mock assassination of President Trump. 

What is ominous here is that not one Democrat has stepped forward to condemn these behaviors.  By default, then, the Democrat Party is advocating for the assassination of our President... and nobody in that party is denying it.

Why we should fear Muslims in our country: Their expressed ideology, according to CNN commentator Angela Rye, is that "white men who think like you are the greatest terrorist threat in this country."  And yes, we must presume... you must be eliminated.

The Republican National Congressional Committee is sending out emails and letters asking for donations.  Given the job they've done on us for the last 20 years, who really wants to give them a dime?  I'd rather give my money to Trump or Judicial Watch.  

Having people homeless on the streets of big cities is exactly where the Dems want all of us... begging in the streets so they can control us.

Dr. Barbara Sampson, New York City's chief medical examiner, has ruled that disgraced financier and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide by hanging in his prison cell last week.  She was appointed by New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio, so that makes everything kosher... right?  Where's the toxicology report?  Where are the witnesses who swear they heard screaming coming from Epstein's cell the morning he died? 

Hot on the heels of that announcement comes word from the U.S. Virgin Islands that evidence contained in Epstein's pedophile island resort that could support charges against those complicit with his child sex empire, (allegedly including Bill Clinton), could be "lost."  There are far too many coincidences in this story for any person in his right mind to believe that Epstein committed suicide.

EPSTEIN KILLED BY ALIENS FROM ANOTHER PLANET?

The autopsy report on Jeffrey Epstein shows that he had broken bones in his neck which could have been caused by his hanging himself, but which were much more consistent with bones broken when someone chokes you to death.  Screaming was heard in the area of Epstein's cell prior to the discovery of his dead body.  There was no video and the guards were nowhere to be seen.  His cellmate had been removed just a few hours before the "suicide."

Was Epstein murdered by an invisible alien being? Darth Vader, perhaps?

The Department of Veterans Affairs has pulled all residents from an assisted living home in Van Nuys, California, after finding a veteran who was dead for four days.  A VA social worker visited the facility and found the dead veteran.  An investigation also detailed abuses of veterans including a 100-year-old diagnosed with sepsis. The California Villa home denied prescribed antibiotics because they were “not covered by Medicare.” The patient had to be hospitalized a second time due to the error.  If they had been illegal aliens, they undoubtedly would have been housed in a suite at the Marriott.

DID THE CLINTONS DO IT AGAIN?

A former inmate at the Manhattan-based corrections facility where Jeffrey Epstein allegedly committed suicide has claimed that the billionaire pedophile couldn’t have possibly killed himself via hanging. “There’s no way that man could have killed himself,” said the unnamed former inmate, an ex-con who spent several months in the same housing unit as Epstein. “I’ve done too much time in those units. It’s an impossibility. Between the floor and the ceiling is like eight or nine feet. There’s no way for you to connect to anything. You have sheets, but they’re paper level, not strong enough. He was 200 pounds — it would never happen.” 

Besides: Epstein was a very high profile prisoner who had previously, they think, attempted suicide.  Being in a Federal prison, why wouldn't he have been under increased supervision?  Or was it an "oversight?"  Epstein certainly would not be the first Clinton association to die under a cloud of mysterious circumstances.  Take Ronald Brown or Vince Foster for example...

Universal Pictures is about to release a movie about elitists flying around the country and murdering "deplorables" for sport.  It's called "The Hunt."  Let me tell you folks:  This movie will provoke murder and mass shootings.  My best advice to you is get a gun, get lots of ammo, learn how to use it and be ready to defend yourselves.  The fomenting of anger is feeding on itself. 

What they are advocating for, in reality, is killing anybody who doesn't agree with you.  This is pure evil and the people responsible for even thinking of the idea must be jailed for inciting violence and murder.  Universal must lose its corporate charter.  It certainly appears the New Civil War has begun.

A man has been arrested in Santa Ana for stabbing four people to death.  That doesn't make national news because it doesn't fit the gun control narrative.  Maybe I should grab my guns and go shoot a slew of "journalists" because I don't agree with their tactics?  Why doesn't Universal make a movie about that idea?

Along with the fact that the Dems have an extremely weak field of potential presidential nominees, we have the outright demands that President Trump resign, that he stay away from El Paso or else,  on ad infinitum with growing rancor and vitriol.  Could it be that the Dems are not going to even allow the 2020 elections to take place?  Do they plan national riots and insurrection on Election Day?  Do you honestly think such actions are outside the scope of their anger and hatred?

If Democrats demand that President Trump stay out of El Paso, why can't President Trump demand that Democrats stay out of Washington?

Andrew Cuomo says NYPD cops are sissies for being upset at those who dump water on them.  While it may all sound nice and funny and just being in jest, what happens when a cop has to function in some emergency situation when he's soaked to the gills?  Dems never thinks things through...

It seems to me that the focus on gun crimes should be on what makes the difference between a guy who carries all of his life and never shoots a soul, as opposed to what makes a guy buy a gun for the purpose of killing someone with it.  Focus on what makes that difference.  While religion is part of the key, so is gun safety training, what is taught in the home, family values and much, much more.  You can't simply say, "If a guy is mentally ill, he can't touch a gun."  Such a rule would preclude every Democrat in the country from ever owning a gun. 

So, you're against the death penalty but you're in favor of abortions?  While the criminal has had several trials and numerous appeals but still stands convicted, the unborn baby is an innocent as a lamb.  How do you reconcile that?

Through their enactments of gun and ammunition  prohibition measures, Democrats are bound and determined to make it absolutely certain that the only person with a gun during the next mass shooting will continue to be... the shooter. Today, the blood of at least 29 Americans is on their hands because they don't want us to be able to defend ourselves. 

Indeed, Pete Butthead seized the microphone of Democrat hate before the smell of gunpowder had left the streets of Dayton, saying white nationalism and the NRA were to blame.  Nobody who thinks like that should ever... ever... be allowed back in public office.  Such vile viciousness spewing forth from the mouth of an insensitive imbecile while the victims are still laying in the streets is ugly, evil and abhorrent.

House Democrats obviously don't gave a damn what their constituents think: while the percentage of Dems overall who think President Trump is plunging, the percentage of House Dems who favor impeachment is rising.  Just one more reason why everyday American Democrats need to switch to Independent or Republican.

With all of the gun laws already on the books, why do you suppose it is that mass shootings are on the increase?  If gun laws were the answer, we wouldn't have any mass shootings.  Maybe the brilliant, elite Dems should come up with something new... like teaching love of fellow mankind as opposed to the politics of hate?
