Through the stroke of a pen, President Obama on Friday used
his executive powers to elevate and take control of climate change policies in
an attempt to streamline sustainability initiatives – and potentially skirt
legislative oversight and push a federal agenda on states.
COMMENTS:
The President does not have the power to legislate. That is left to the Congress. His Executive Powers extend only to emergency
situations. He and the Executive Branch
can issue regulations to enforce and implement law and policy promulgated by
the Congress. By this action, he circumvents
Congress and established dictatorial control of the country and he should be
impeached and removed.

A. They had many tests before launch and the website failed

scenario doesn’t work.
Q. Are you so set against Obama that you really want him out
of the Presidency? (Charmine ~ Portland,
OR)
A. Unequivocally, without hesitation… absolutely yes.
Q. I’m hearing now that we actually did have forces
available to assist in Benghazi? (Moon ~ Pocatello, ID)
A. Masked from public view, two of the U.S. military’s elite special
operations commandos have been awarded medals for bravery for a mission that
further undercuts the Obama administration’s original story about the Benghazi
tragedy. For months, administration
officials have claimed no special operations forces were dispatched from
outside Libya to Benghazi during the Sept. 11, 2012, al Qaeda terrorist attacks
on the U.S. diplomatic mission and CIA annex because none was within range. FULL
