The U.S. Army told several active duty and reserve troops last week that the American Family Association, a well-respected Christian ministry, should be classified as a domestic hate group because the group advocates for traditional family values.
COMMENTS:
Remember that diatribe Obama was passing out about
Pennsylvanians clinging on to the Bibles and guns? It’s obvious he wants guns removed from the
hands of American citizens, and this is not the first instance his Administration
has taken against organized Christian religion in this country. Even more disturbing is that this type of
training indicates to me that our American military is being programmed into
being ready to take action against Americans who do not subscribe to and abide
by the policies of Obama’s government. There
may be some truth to the proposition that Obama intends to revoke the tax
exempt status from any religion that stands against gay marriage. He does
keep repeating that Islam has always been part of America’s history, you
know. I suppose Pocahontas was a
Muslim?
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. I read your post yesterday in “WE’RE NOT TO BLAME” about the N.S.A. now collecting e-mail address
books from internet providers. The national
intelligence director’s office is insisting that they are only collecting such
information on targets which pose a terrorist threat to the United States. Yet, some 440,000 such address books are
being collected every day; that’s a
rate of 250 million per year. Those
figures speak for themselves; ordinary
Americans are being spied on, absolutely.
(Kip ~ Klamath Falls, OR)
A. It is looking more and more as if we are now living in
Germany during World War II, isn't it?
I look for Obama to grow a mustache any day now. We need to be seriously concerned about these
events going on in our country.
Q. I’m just reading about another ObamaCare glitch. Their great idea was dependent upon their
computers being able to read the computerized information of insurance
companies, hospitals, medical officers, etc., as well as on the presumption that
all of those entities would have all of their records converted from manual
paper files to electronic by now. This
hasn’t all gone according to plan. This part of the project has been going on
for nine years? That’s long before
Obama got into office! What in the hell
is going on? On top of that, the government
has blown another $30 billion? (Rufus ~
Sandpoint, ID)
A. Number one, if I am in business the government has no
right to tell me how to keep my records, right?
But, they did that under Bush II and got away with it and yes, it sure
does sound like they were in cahoots, doesn’t it? But, for that to happen there had to have
been an agreement between the Democrat hierarchy and the Republican hierarchy
that Obama was going to be the next President, right? Now you know why they picked McCain, because
there was no way McCain could beat Obama, right? Am I suggesting that we really only have one
party? What do you think? As for the $30 billion, that’s chump change
for Washington politicians.
Q. I can’t believe that the Obama Administration will not
release actual ObamaCare signup numbers until next year. Why not?
(Sally ~ Cedar City, UT)
A. So they can claim the signups are whatever number they
want them to be in order to look good. As far as
I am concerned, considering the costs to sign up and the deductibles involved,
anyone who does sign up needs to have
their heads examined, law or no law. By
not signing up, you’re voting against it, you know, and up till now they have
denied you that right.
TODAY’S QUOTE:
“This is exactly what’s not supposed to happen… a rogue
agency keeping secrets from the people who are supposed to oversee them.” ~ Mark
Jaycox (Policy analyst with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, regarding
reports that the N.S.A. violated privacy rules thousands of times, despite
White House claims that U.S. surveillance programs have not been abused.
