A lawsuit which alleges that Obama acted illegally when he ordered a delay in the employer mandate has been filed in a Florida court. Several other lawsuits regarding other aspects of the law have also been filed. One case pending in federal court claims ObamaCare violates the Constitution's Origination Clause, which states that all revenue measures are required to originate in the House.
COMMENTS:
All laws and all provisions of laws enacted by the Congress
can only legally be changed by another action of Congress. The President has absolutely no authority to
change or alter provisions on his own.
He wrote the law, Congress passed it, and he has to abide by it.
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Why are the Democrats so despicable to the Tea
Parties? (Twyla ~ Casper, WY)
A. Because they are scared stiff of the Tea Parties. They saw what the Tea Parties did in the 2010
elections and they see the possibility of a repeat. Tea Parties want fiscal responsibility and
good government.
Q. 75,000 heads beef were killed by a massive, unpredicted
snowstorm in South Dakota last week. Why
didn’t that make the news? (Lola ~
Gardnerville, NV)
A. Because beefeaters are predominantly Republicans. Democrats and left-wing publishers prefer
snake oil.
Q. Do you really
think the White House controls the press?
(Rolph ~ Newcastle, CA)
A. Yes, absolutely. I
think White House operatives write the majority of the news of day and I
seriously doubt that any of today’s “journalists” could legitimately write
their way out of a wet paper bag.
