INSIDIOUS GOVERNMENTAL CONTROL

The Obama Administration, faced with the probability that companies will cut employee hours in order to avoid ObamaCare, may be looking at an alternative Executive Order to circumvent Congressional action on the matter and to require that employees currently working over 30 hours per week must continue to be covered under ObamaCare for the next several years regardless of how many hours they are working.

When is someone going to stand up and say, “Oh no you’re not?”

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Doesn’t the closing of U.S. Embassies and Consulates on our part during a period of attack warning show that we are not prepared to deal with such things?  Isn’t it a sign of weakness on our part? (Sweeney ~ Durango, CO)
A. Yes.  It also puts the terrorists in the position of being able to disrupt our lives whenever they want just by threatening to do something.  This is not a good position to be in from any standpoint.

Q. Obama and camp are saying that if the government is shut down over a Republican attempt to not fund ObamaCare, the blame will lie at the steps of the Republican Party.  What do you think?  (Tyce ~ Oxnard, CA)
A. Here’s the facts: the GOP plan is to agree with virtually everything in the proposed budget except continued funding of ObamaCare.  That puts the onus squarely on the Administration to step up to the plate.  Squirm time has arrived.

Q. There’s a lot of talk about the “real” unemployment rate and how many more Americans are being forced into part-time jobs.  Is there a way out of this declining American income?  (Virgil ~ Rialto, CA)
A. Only if we get rid of the machine that is creating it.  We need to understand the lies and the misleading statistics being put out here, and to react accordingly.  ObamaCare is the chief perpetrator.

TODAY’S QUOTE:
“Today's misery is real unemployment, home foreclosures and bankruptcies. This is the Obama Misery Index and it’s at a record high. It’s going to take more than new rhetoric to put Americans back to work – it’s going to take a new president.”  ~ Mitt Romney
