LIGNET is reporting that Russia is in noncompliance with
numerous treaties, including the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty and the
Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty. According to the article, Russia’s violations
of these and other agreements are increasingly threatening U.S. security and
will likely force the United States to act.

And President Obama wants a unilateral reduction on nuclear
stockpiles on our part?
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. What do you think about Obama’s being asked to deliver
the keynote speech on the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s
“I’VE GOT A DREAM” speech? (Myrna ~
Santa Ana, CA)
A. The only dream he has is to rule the world, his way.
He’s done more of a disservice to blacks than Robert E. Lee.
Q. I see an apartment building in Castle Rock, Colorado is
demanding that all tenants get rid of their guns or move out. Is that legal? (Brock ~ Laramie WY)
A. The existing tenants have a good leg to stand on. The rule was established after they moved in;
the Second Amendment guarantees us the right to own and bear arms. It is an established rule that we have the
right to be secure in our own homes. I don’t
understand why Colorado still has anyone living there. As far as prospective new tenants are
concerned, apartment owners in Colorado have the right to deny tenants bringing
dangerous or unreasonable articles onto the premises. That could also be litigated and I’d give it
a 60-40 shot at allowing the guns.
Q. A lot of experts are claiming the current terrorist threat
is the biggest threat since 9/11. Why
isn’t Obama talking to the nation about this threat? (Caesar ~ Albany, OR)
A. Don’t bug him; he’s getting ready to go on his $7.6 million
taxpayer-paid vacation. It’ll have to
wait.
