OBAMA ADMINISTRATION BOLDLY THREATENS BENGHAZI SURVIVORS

The House is gearing up for more special hearings on the Benghazi Massacre and has in mind bringing in survivors to testify, as well as other officials in agencies who were on the front lines of communication during the event.  Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, is representing one of the State Department employees and has told Fox News her client and some of the others who consider themselves whistle-blowers have been threatened by unnamed Obama administration officials.  “I'm not talking generally, I'm talking specifically about Benghazi – that people have been threatened.  And not just the State Department; people have been threatened at the CIA.”

COMMENTS:

I’ve been saying it since right after it happened:  If and when we get to the bottom of the Benghazi Massacre, Obama will be impeached.

A. There are well over 140,000 different mandatory codes, out of which the physician will have to pick the exact, right code and assign it to the treatment, or they will be faced with fines and denial of payment.  That will obviously necessitate a new, full-time position in every medical practice, someone to follow the physician from room to room with a 500 pound book asking questions: (1) stepped on a nail?  (2) rusty nail or non-rusty nail?  (3)  length of nail?  (4) length of puncture wound?  (5) composition of nail, brass, nickel, copper?  (6) type of nail, brad, shingle, finishing, concrete.  Okay, that code would be 5X158-343YU-223R5…. or would it be R6?  Was the nail bent?  In the meanwhile, of course, poor Mrs. Cora Snodgrass in the next room has keeled over dead waiting for someone to do a 6T778-329TY-334T5 procedure on her left index finger where she got bitten by a spider two years ago and the government has been arguing over the proper code number ever since.

A. Think of how it would improve our economy, both individually and nationally.  I actually think such a move might get through Congress, but do you really think Obama would actually sign it?

A. That is correct.  When they showed up, the authorities denied them access to the area.  As one authority says, “They would probably be in the way.”

FRAUD PUT OBAMA ON BALLOT IN 2008

A south Bend, Indiana jury has determined that election fraud put both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on that state’s Presidential ballot in 2008; two Democratic Party political operatives were found guilty on all charges.  According to testimony from two former Board of Election officials who pleaded guilty, Butch Morgan ordered Democratic officials and workers to fake the names and signatures required for Obama and Clinton to qualify for the presidential race. Dustin Blythe, then a Board of Elections employee and Democratic Party volunteer, was accused of forging multiple pages of the Obama petitions. 

COMMENTS:

Once a fraud, always a fraud.  Don’t expect to hear this story in the liberal news media.

A. He won’t say anything; he’ll just put Missouri on the “shit list” with Arizona.

NOW WE KNOW WHERE OBAMA COMES FROM?

The Las Vegas Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Hospital stands accused of summarily “dumping” patients by discharging them and shipping them out of town.  A 48-year-old male patient arrived in February at a Sacramento facility in a suicidal and confused state while out of food and medication and with no contacts, identification or access to Social Security payments, according to The Sacramento Bee.  The Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services states the hospital has “serious deficiencies” in its discharge policies and gave Nevada 10 days to fix problems or risk losing federal funding, potentially tens of millions of dollars.  Over 1,500 patients have allegedly been dealt with this way since 2008

The headline says it all; can you really be born in one of those places?  Maybe the releases were due to Sequestration?

The country is having a difficult time coming to grips with the realization that Obama’s Administration cannot provide for our safety.  If they cannot, and will not, provide for the safety of their own employees in American Embassies and Consulates, (Benghazi for example), how can you expect them to provide for OUR safety? I believe that’s the bitter truth of the matter.

A. He, like his boss, has a sworn obligation to uphold the laws of the United States.  Illegals have violated those laws.  Holder, prima facie evidence, should be removed from office by reason of treason.  Call, write, email your Congressional delegates immediately.

CALIFORNIA WANTS TO SCUTTLE U.S. CONSTITUTION

The State of California is considering allowing non-U.S. citizens who are in the country to sit as jurors; the State Assembly has already passed such a law.  Assemblyman Bob Wieckowski, a Democrat, sponsored the bill, arguing that the state needs to broaden the pool of eligible jurors, and that fulfilling jury duty would help integrate immigrants. 

 

COMMENTS:

We are entitled to a jury of our peers, and that means U.S. citizens.  I’ll be damned if I want even one non-citizen on the jury.  This sure opens the door for gross injustice and “Kangaroo Courts.” It is conceivable that a citizen, on trial for some crime, may face a jury that does not even have one citizen on it.  The reasons California is having problems filling jury pools are numerous:

• Exodus to other states due to high taxes
• High percentage of non-citizens
• High percentage of felonies
• Low jury pay
• Judicial incompetence
• Broken draw system

Wieckowski has the brains of a post-lobotomy survivor.  Why do we have any jury qualifications at all?

A. This is not the first time in world history that two or more extremely talented writers have chosen the same pen name.  I’ve been using the pseudonym for about 11 years and was totally oblivious to anyone else using the name when I started to using it.  Otherwise, I would probably have used something a tad more braggadocios, such as “The Supreme Unknown Scribbler.”  I respect my counterpart(s) and promise fervently never to use their name in vain.

Planned Parenthood has been known to advocate not only for abortions with taxpayer funding, but to take the position that it should be okay to whack a breathing fetus on the operating room table in the head with a hammer during an abortion procedure.  Of course, when revealed, they tried desperately to back away from that position, but there is some concern that living babies delivered by Kermit Gosnell were killed by him during abortion procedures funded by Planned Parenthood.  I can’t believe President Obama is standing up for them.  (Ramona ~ Grants, NM)

Q. Why did the House pass a new bill allowing for the collection of private Emails including medical and financial records and the transmission thereof to the Federal government?  That’s a horrible invasion of privacy.  (Anh ~ Bainbridge Island, WA)

A. Fortunately, the Senate refused to pass it Thursday.  The Libertarian Party issued a release condemning CISPA earlier this week, which included this statement from Chairman Geoffrey J. Neale: "The provisions of CISPA [Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act] are abhorrent and unacceptable in a free society. We must not only trash CISPA; we must repeal the Patriot Act, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and every other law that violates our Fourth Amendment rights."  I agree wholeheartedly.

GIANT HEAD FOUND IN HUDSON RIVER

The giant head of a male in a Greek or Roman-esq style was found in the river just south of Poughkeepsie by a Marist College crew team. The team is now trying to determine the origin of the seven-foot-tall head. 

COMMENTS:

No, Obama has not been decapitated.  Could it be a well-preserved alien head?  Maybe some prior civilization consisted of giants.  Can you imagine a seven-foot-tall head?  Upon closer examination, it was observed that the head was made of fiberglass.  Must have been a radical left-wing Democrat.

Q. Now they’re finally confirming the use of chemical weapons in Syria, what do you think Obama will do about it?  (Vince ~ Goleta, CA)

A. The question is: what CAN he do about it?  From a legal standpoint, we have no right to do anything until the U.N. or Syria asks us to step in.  From a practical standpoint, our military is stretched thin and, of course, we have the defense cuts Obama insisted on.  From an international political standpoint, what will we do if Russia decides to support Assad?  From a domestic political standpoint, who is really ready to go into war in Syria when Obama has so badly mismanaged Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq?  I’ll catch flak for saying this, but I’m thinking we should pull all military assets out of the Middle East, except for what we have in Turkey.  They can then all have war and annihilate each other.  Then, they’ll all be dead and we can have all of the oil we want. 

Q. What’s your opinion of the Congressional hearings into the drone program? (Red ~ Redding, CA)

A. Like the hearings into Benghazi, it was another dog and pony show and produced little of substance.  Although Obama had promised more transparency on the drone issue, the White House responded to the Congressional request to have someone there from the Administration... by not sending anyone.  A President who refuses to answer to the call of the people is not a President, he’s a dictator. 

Q. What do you think about the five Presidents meeting up at the same place for the dedication of George W. Bush’s Library?  (Brittany ~ Studio City, CA)

A. You got it wrong; there were only four Presidents there.  Obama is no President.  What amazes me is that only two guys really liked each other: George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush.  Yet, they all managed to heap compliments on George W.  Well, compared to Obama and Carter, you could say he’s a prince.
