OBAMA ADMINISTRATION STONEWALLS INVESTIGATION

The Justice Department and other Administration officials are stonewalling an investigation into a gun-blame game gone badly.  For months, they were blaming legitimate gun dealers along the border for selling weapons to Mexican drug lords in illegal transactions.  Tobacco & Firearms “Project Gun Runner” allowed gun sales to criminals so they could present "evidence" to the administration that the Second Amendment should be restricted or abolished.  Recently, there have been testimonies and accusations that the Feds contacted the gun dealers and asked them to sell the weapons in what was supposed to be an elaborate “sting.”  Guns purchased under Project Gunrunner and sold to Mexican drug cartels were ultimately used to kill at least two United States government employees.  Acting ATF Director Kenneth E. Melson has flatly refused to cooperate with an investigation into the matter and Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA), told CBS News he is being "stonewalled" in his efforts to find out information.

COMMENTS:
This, once again, is another in a litany of maneuvers Obama and his thugs, and they are thugs,  have perpetrated on the American people… maneuvers that really should land people in jail and have them impeached.  The media, virtually under total control by the Administration, generally has not touched the story;  FOX reported on it briefly.  Our government has become nothing more than a bunch of crazed mafia types, storm-trooping their way around the country and bullying innocent Americans.  They even intended to throw one or two of the cooperating gun dealers under the bus and strip them of their reputations and livings.  It’s despicable and we need to be educating ourselves about this and other subversive activities.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q.  A few days ago, you alluded to the fact that Obama’s mysterious foreign contributions to his 2008 campaign were never investigated by the FEC after he took office.  Now I hear that an investigation is finally under way.  What’s the story?  (Clifford ~ Pasadena, TX)
A.  There is no current story.  The vast majority of the foreign contributions were in small amounts, which is highly unusual.  This makes them very difficult to trace, as does the fact that Obama’s campaign officers have blocked providing any names of contributors on the basis that his campaign accepted no federal dollars and they don't have to.  Smells like a dead fish, doesn’t it?  The current “investigation” is really a routine audit, such as the ones they’ve been conducting on McCain, Romney, Clinton and others.  Audits are designed to make sure the accounting is correct and do not necessarily probe into the source of the money.

Q.  I can’t believe this.  A friend told me that the Border Patrol has been ordered to reduce the number of arrests of illegals crossing the border in order to substantiate Janet Napolitano’s assertion that they have everything under control on the border.  Is this true?  (Kathy ~ Burney, CA)
A.  Yes.  Cochise County Sheriff Larry Dever revealed that a supervisor with the U.S. Border Patrol told him as recently as this month that the federal agency’s office on Arizona’s southern border was under orders to keep apprehension numbers down during specific reporting periods.  This is in keeping with Obama’s continued deception and lies to the American people.  Doesn’t it just make you want to puke?  And, he wants us to reelect him?

Q.  Democrats and the Obama Administration seem to be really confident that the Republicans will go along with raising the debt ceiling.  Geithner has been flapping off about it and so has Obama.  He said, if the debt ceiling is not raised, it would undermine the solvency of the government, agitate financial markets and potentially "plunge the world economy back into a recession." ~ I don’t know whether to believe him or not.  (Maxine ~ Sepulveda, CA)
A.  Good for you.  If you think back, every time Obama is on the muscle about getting something he wants, he creates an emergency with dire consequences.  That happened with TARP, stimulus, the Health Care debacle…on and on.  I think the Republicans will eventually go along, but they insist on having some guarantees that spending will be cut, and Obama doesn’t want to oblige.
