STATE DEPARTMENT APOLOGIZES TO CHINA FOR ARIZONA

The U.S. States has apologized to China for the new immigration law in Arizona as being “a troubling trend in our society.”

COMMENTS:
This is almost the most offensive thing ever to come out of any administration in the history of the United States. Every single one of those idiots needs to be removed, including our President. This is beyond outrageous; it’s seditious.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Why doesn’t our Constitution provide for voting an incumbent Member of Congress or the President out of office? (Eunice ~ Casper, WY
A. They recognized the need for more stability in our government. At the same time, they did allow for removal for those who grossly violate the public trust or law through Articles of Impeachment. The charges are drawn up by the House and an Impeachment Trial is conducted by the Senate. Two Presidents have been charged by the House, Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton. Nixon ducked the bullet by resigning before the Articles were voted on in the House. Both Johnson and Clinton were found “not guilty” by the Senate. Under the United States Constitution and congressional practice, Members of Congress may have their services ended prior to the normal expiration of their constitutionally established terms of office by their resignation or death, or by action of the House of Congress in which they are a Member by way of an “expulsion,” or by a finding that in accepting a subsequent public office deemed to be “incompatible” with congressional office, the Member has vacated his congressional seat.

Q. Did I hear that you may soon have to submit to tests for body fat content and that the government might penalize you if it’s too high? (Norm – Rochester, NY)
A. Yes. Rambo might send his Storm Troopers over to your house. Is this the kind of change you voted for?

Q. Could it be true? They might nuke the leaking oil well in the Gulf? (Vinny ~ Grosse Pointe, MI)
A. Yes. They’re trying to decide now whether to use a microwave oven or a cellphone.
