Residents
in Harrison Township, Michigan, got a rude awakening Sunday when they found a strange oily substance coating their cars and homes. Days later, what the substance is and where it
came from remains a mystery. The fire
department came by on Tuesday and inspected the scene. "It was an ash type
of substance with a little bit on an oily consistency to it," Harrison
Township Fire Department Chief Michael Lopez told ABC News. No one knows where the goo drops came from;
they appear to have fallen straight down, like rain drops.

Maybe they were drug up by some mysterious phenomenon from
the famous oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico a few years back? Or maybe an unidentified flying object sprung

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Cruz pulled another rotten dirty political trick? (Juanita ~ Tucson, AZ)
A. Trey Gowdy had previously endorsed Marco Rubio, but a
post on a Facebook account said Gowdy had withdrawn his endorsement and
endorsed Cruz instead. Gowdy is
demanding an apology and the Cruz camp is denying any culpability. With these tactics ongoing in the Cruz
organization, I have to put him in the exact same league as Harry Reid…
despicable and unworthy.
Q. What is your opinion about Obama’s not attending Justice
Scalia’s funeral? (Celia ~ Redding, CA)
A. I’m absolutely certain Scalia would have wanted it that
way.
Q. What’s the latest on anti-gun efforts? (Nell ~ Dallas, TX)
A. Organized groups are trying to: stop bank funding and
credit cards to gun stores; create boycotts against firms owning stock in gun
manufacturers; making guns an issue of national security, (no guns = no
terrorism); and initiating SEC investigations akin to what started the
anti-tobacco lawsuits. I guess they just
don’t like any kind of smoke…
TODAY’S QUOTE:
“You have a Supreme Court Justice who died, not in
attendance of a physician. You have a
non-homicide trained U.S. Marshal tell the justice of peace that no foul play
was observed. You have a justice of the peace pronounce death while not being
on the scene and without any medical training opining that the justice died of
a heart attack.
“What medical proof exists of a myocardial infarction? Why not a cerebral hemorrhage? How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack? Did the U.S. Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning? My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas.” ~ William Richie, former Washington DC homicide commander
