The EPA has been charging conservative groups seeking information... fees normally waived for the press, media, green groups and liberal organizations according to the Competitive Enterprise Institute and THE BLAZE. CEI had its requests denied 93 percent of the time. Similarly, requests from conservative groups Judicial Watch and National Center for Public Policy Research were approved half the time, and all requests from Franklin Center and the Institute for Energy Research were denied. Most green groups, including EarthJustice, The Waterkeeper Alliance, and Greenpeace, saw their fees waived. In fact, according to the report, 92 percent of requests from green groups were waived by the EPA.
COMMENTS:
Just keep repeating over and over to yourself… “The White
House has no enemies list. The White
House has no enemies list.” THIS WHITE
HOUSE DOES NOT HESITATE TO SEEK WAYS TO PUNISH ANYONE WHO DOESN’T ROUTINELY
SAY, “YES, SIR! YES, SIR!” This is the
way they did things in every oppressive, dictatorial country in history. Your freedom of speech and your freedoms of
association no longer exist. What are
you going to do, grab your guns that you soon will not be able to own and go
after them? WAKE UP!
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Is it true that the IRS gave confidential information it
was obtaining to liberal groups with close ties to the White House? (Sandee ~ Victorville, CA)
A. Yes, and that was also against the law, as if it matters
to the Obama White House. The
group, ProPublica, has admitted to receiving the documents. Some of the highly confidential information
obtained was published and it is alleged that other information was forwarded
to the White House.
Q. Since Holder is insisting that the Justice Department
investigate the IRS scandal, what do you think will come of it? (Bart ~ Bozeman, MT)
A. Exactly what happened with the Fast & Furious
investigation by the Administration into the Administration… nothing. I just wonder how many times Obama will end
up exerting “Executive Privilege” before this is all over. Maybe Jimmy the Greek will make odds on
it.
Q. What do you think of the firing of the Acting Commissioner
of the IRS by Obama? (Buster ~ Show Low,
AZ)
A. That wasn’t a bloodletting; it was more like a
pinprick. He was on his way out anyway, so no big deal. We should have expected some
directors of agency offices fired as well, like a whole house cleaning. What this tells me, and the way it was done,
is that the orders putting the targeting of White House enemies came from
someone in the White House. Look for Acting
Commissioner Steven Miller to get another job soon. Remember those who were fired at State after
the Benghazi Massacre? They’re either in
new jobs or still drawing a paycheck while sitting at home, and that’s a fact.
