ObamaCare requires that the Democrats and the Republicans in
the House and the Senate each appoint three members to ObamaCare’s Independent
Payment Advisory Board, infamously dubbed a "death panel" by
Republicans during the 2010 elections. Three remaining members would be
chosen by the White House and the Board would basically decide which seniors
could obtain medical treatment and which ones could not.

The risk that he undertook with the cover-up was much too great, I
think, for a mere political consequence.

would not continue the cover-up to this day; after all, he’s been reelected,
