OBAMA MOVING TO BAN SEMI-AUTO GUNS

Once again, Obama is circumventing Congressional legislative authority to ban “certain semi-automatic weapons.”  His move would reclassify such weapons under the federal codes, thereby making them illegal without any action by Congress. 

 

COMMENTS:

I keep saying… “If you have a President who ignores Congress and our Constitution and takes the law into his own hands, you have a dictator pure and simple.”  And, in this case, only the illegals will have semi-automatic weapons and the rest of us will become victims.  If you’re not willing to fight this, then you have no standing to complain about it.

Q. It looks to me as if you were right again; layoffs have begun.  How bad to do you think it will get?  (Peter ~ Bend, OR)

A. Many big companies have announced layoffs of 100 or 200 here and there.  Citibank just announced 11,000 layoffs.  Most companies consider it to be bad karma to be laying people off just before Christmas.  Others are waiting to see what will happen with the “fiscal cliff.”  January could be one of the worst months this country has ever seen regarding layoffs.  Don’t buy anything on credit. 

Q. How can Obama continue to ignore Congress and do what he wants?  Now’ he’s going after greenhouse gas emissions from power plants and using the EPA to do it.  (Winter ~ Tustin, CA)

A. Because no one tries to stop him.  And, if you think this is bad, what until he goes after domestic flatulence.  Now, you my think I'm being sarcastic or kidding here, but he used the EPA to go after cow flatulence a couple of years ago under the guise of global warming and greenhouse gases.   

Q. They say Detroit is on the verge of bankruptcy and is asking Washington for a bailout.  Will they get it?  (Harvey ~ Scottsdale, AZ)

A. Sure, why not?  Why should they be responsible to fix their own problems?  Besides, Obama will just turn around and get the money from you.
