UNIONS FLOODING DEMOCRATS WITH MONEY

Organized labor groups dropped a combined $4.4 billion on political activities between 2006 and 2011, about four times more than previously estimated.  According to the Center for Responsive Politics, which tracks political spending, 92 percent of the $58.5 million in direct candidate donations from 1990 to 2012 went toward Democratic candidates.  Read more: http://times247.com/articles/unions-spent-4-4b-on-politics-in-past-6-years#ixzz21JF8K1R7

COMMENTS:
As if we didn’t already know that.  Unions are trying desperately to increase their influence over governments and businesses both here and abroad.  By-and-large, I think the time has come for unions to dry up and blow away.  They’ve become puppets for organized crime and foreign interests.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. What do you say about Bloomberg and others who want to come and get your guns?  (Kerry ~ Sandpoint, ID)
A. I don’t want anyone to get hurt.  I am not a violent person.  Please don’t try to put me in a corner about my Constitutional rights… any of them.

Q. What is Holder going to do about the leaks that brought Fast & Furious to light?  (Jennifer ~ Lancaster, CA)
A. Officials in the ATF are now warning employees against “whistleblowing.”  Agency director Todd Jones threatened “there will be consequences” if agents went outside “the chain of command” with complaints.  Yes, it’s against the law to threaten whistleblowers; do you think Eric Holder will prosecute Jones?  This whole Obama regime is rife with corruption.

Q. Why isn’t George Bush going to the Republican convention?  (Izzie ~ Las Vegas, NV)
A. Neither Bush was the best President on the face of the Earth and there are many of us Americans who don’t want anything more to do with that family, (although they are far, far better than the Chicago Mob-style boss we have in the White House now).  Bush is smart enough to know that his presence would result in the left-wing Obama liberals trying to tie Romney in to the Bush era, thereby detracting from Romney’s popularity.
