Faced with a huge backlash of Americans who are totally ticked off about the Obama Administration’s requirement that churches, religious universities and church hospitals provide employee insurance that includes free contraceptives, Obama gave an inch yesterday but did not totally give in. Churches and church-owned hospitals will now be exempt from the regulation. However, all other businesses and organizations must provide the free contraceptive insurance.
COMMENTS:
All of which means my insurance premium goes up so my
neighbor across the street can have sex at all times of the night and day
without worry of getting pregnant. There
are too many sources of free contraceptives to saddle me with the bill. Furthermore, the whole fiasco emanates from
the fact that Obama believes he has
the right to control all aspects of my life and American life in general. He believes, truly believes, he is the
Messiah. Screw him.

A. No. There are
those of us who spent a great deal of our lives in burdensome debt and who are
now debt free who have heartburn over the answer, but there’s not a politician
in the country who has ever felt our pain.
Q. There’s a story circulating on Yahoo News that millions
of drug dollars have been paid to a Mexican Governor and other officials. No wonder they can’t stop the drug problem
down there. (Harry ~ Yuba City, CA)
A. And just what makes you think we’re immune from that type
of payoff in the United States? We live
in a culture of corruption. What is
being stated about Mexico has been true down there for several decades; it’s
not new news. And Judges and other
officials have been paid off and are being paid off in this country right
now. Don’t you wonder why Eric Holder is
not tackling the issue?
