COMMENTS:
Unlike the Democrats and in the interest of transparency, the Republicans agreed to let TV cameras into the room. All in all, it seems to me that Obama was there for the sole purpose of talking down to the Republicans and scolding them for standing up as Americans instead of caving in to his demands. Obama said, "So just a tone of civility instead of slash-and-burn would be helpful." That’s like the pot calling the kettle black. TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
