RUSSIAN BOMBERS HEADED FOR U.S.

Two pairs of Russian bombers headed for Alaska and California on Saturday, according to top U.S. Defense officials.  American defense fighter jets were scrambled.  At the same time the bombers were in the air probing the West Coast of the United States, Russian President Vladimir Putin called President Obama to wish him a happy July 4th.

COMMENTS:
Considering the fact that Putin has had very little contact with Obama and that he most often refuses Obama’s phone calls, one can surmise that the bomber forays and the phone call were coordinated for the purpose of reminding U.S. citizens that we have a total jerk for president.  At the least, this could be considered an overt test of our defense capabilities… for what purpose, one can only guess.

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Why is Obama establishing diplomatic relations with Cuba?  (Penelope ~ Eureka, CA)
A. Michelle wants to go shopping there?  Maybe he wants to retire there so he can be surrounded by fascists and socialists.  Or, maybe, he wants to smoke a Cuban cigar.  In my actual and considered opinion, he wants to get the Navy off the island and close Guantanamo, and this is a method for accomplishing that.

Q. What do you make of Hillary’s roping off of the press over the weekend?  (Byron ~ Taos, NM)
A. That’s typical Hillary.  She’s just like Obama in this respect; she despises everybody.  She had a horrible reputation for how she treated the press, the secret service and the staff when she and Bill were in the White House.  She is rude, crude and vulgar.  Even the coyotes leave town when she shows up.

Q. Why do you think we didn’t have some terrorist act against us during the holiday, thank God?  (Prentice ~ Laramie, WY)
A. Everyone in America was on guard and a large percentage of us were carrying guns, just in case.  Gun ownership by Americans is a significant deterrent to such activity.  In Chicago, a city known for its stringent gun control laws, they had seven murders in one day including a seven-year-old boy.  Forcing people to live without a means for defending themselves is in itself a form of oppressive terrorism.
