Israel is now saying that Iran has the capability of producing a nuclear weapon in as little as three to four months. Based on the most recent assessment of the IAEA, (International Atomic Energy Agency), Iran’s uranium enrichment effort has picked up speed and Tehran could produce enough fissile material needed for a nuclear weapon within four months. The rate of Iran’s uranium enrichment has accelerated despite cyber sabotage from the Stuxnet virus in 2009, according to various experts.
COMMENTS:
Let’s check this coincidence. Obama is in serious political trouble. A “pre-emptive strike” to take out Iran’s
nuclear facilities would help ensure his reelection, and a good time to do it
would be October. That just happens to
be in three to four months. Why does
this news come out now, and with Israel touting it? Hmmm?

A. Well, I suspect we might hear as late as Thursday. If it’s going to be bad news, or something
that’s bound to create an uproar, you’d want to delay it until the very end of
your session, wouldn’t you? Then, you
don’t have to listen to the backlash. Given
the nasty dressing down of the Court by Obama in a State of the Union speech,
and given his verbal attacks against the Court at the tail end of the hearings
on this matter, and finally given his lobbying of Judges after the hearings
which was totally against the law, I suspect the verdict is going to be to
trash the legislation in its entirety and I also suspect the verdict is going
to be more one-sided than 5-4, such as 6-3 or even 7-2. Then again, someone who tries to predict what
the Supreme Court will do is usually drunk at the time.
