Georgia Judge Michael Malihi has denied Obama’s request to dismiss
the case demanding that he produce his birth certificate. The Judge ruled that Georgia law is very
explicit in that candidates for the Presidency must prove their eligibility and
George voters have the right to challenge the authenticity thereof.
COMMENTS:
This will probably next move into a Federal Court of
Appeals, so don’t get your hopes up. I
don’t know that there will be any final decision on this issue until after the
November elections because, if Obama loses the appeal, he’ll go on to the
Supreme Court with it. However, I would
like to see a lawsuit challenging his right to be on the ballot in 2012 until
he produces a bonafide birth certificate.
TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Wow! I see Obama
wants to consolidate some agencies and save money! Maybe there’s hope for him yet? (Shilo ~ Medford, OR)
A. Come on, get real.
This will potentially save $3 billion, he says. His math has never been right on anything he
has said; it has been 100% wrong. Beyond
that, this comes the day after he asked for a $1.2 trillion increase in the national debt. Now, who is kidding who here?
Q. I hear that Michelle Malkin is lambasting Obama’s
appointment of Cecilia Munoz to be in charge of the Domestic Policy Council. Why? (Brent ~ Alturas, CA)
A. Munoz has spent a lot of time over two decades actively
promoting the rights of illegal immigrants over the rights of American citizens
and post 9/11 national security efforts.
Q. I heard something on the news about gas prices going up
by 25 cents a gallon or more. Is it due
to the Iranian crisis? (Melanie ~
Barstow, CA)
A. No, it is due to new EPA regulations. This damned government needs to be dismantled,
bureaucrat by bureaucrat.
TODAY’S QUOTE:
“We need responsible regulations, not
regulations that have gone wild. For example, the EPA has a rule that is going
to be implemented Jan. 1, 2012, where they're going to begin to regulate dust. That's
right, dust. It's called PM 2.5. That is focusing on the wrong thing.” ~ Herman Cain
