HOUSE CALLING FOR I.R.S. SPECIAL PROSECUTOR

Rep. Eric Cantor called for the appointment of a Special Prosecutor last Friday in the I.R.S. targeting scandal.  He cited the fact that although the House Ways and Means Committee asked the Department of Justice to initiate an investigation, absolutely no progress has been made.  Several conservative groups have stated they have yet to be contacted by anyone who should be investigating.  In the meanwhile, the House voted yesterday to hold Lois Lerner in Contempt of Congress for her refusals to testify after waiving immunity.  That case will now be referred to the D.O.J. which may again refuse to do anything about it.

COMMENTS:
And we the people are left holding the bag while this scenario drags out, month after month?  Our American government is being held hostage by a group of radical, left-wing fascists and we don’t have the courage to do anything about it?  Are we all just going to roll over and play dead while our very way of life skips through our hands?  Is this Rome all over again? Will Ben-Hur ride to the rescue?

TODAY’S QUERIES & ANSWERS:
Q. Do you think Pelosi will win reelection?  (Robyn ~ Seaside, CA)
A. You have to consider the intellectual capacity of the people she represents.  Therein lays your answer.

Q. What do you think of the story that Obama was upstairs practicing for his Las Vegas campaign speech while the Benghazi Massacre was going on?  (Terrance ~ Tremonton, UT)
A. That’s about as lame an excuse as I can think of.  Either he’s incompetent or negligent, or he’s our President.  My guess is that he was really upstairs watching FOX NEWS and he doesn’t want anybody to know about it.

Q. Wow, what an admission.  Many of ObamaCare’s 8 million “enrollees” are duplicates?  How many?  (Sweeney ~ Pocatello, ID)
A. Gosh!  You’re surprised?  Now, the spin is that it’s because of the problems they initially had with the website and people trying to get on the site several times.  Oh, and some people also got onto state sites, so it was really to be expected.  One of these days, their laundry machine is going to spin right off of its bearings and spill dirty water on a whole lot of people. As to actual numbers, the Administration claims it doesn't have the slightest idea, but yet does not hesitate to call Republican figures "inaccurate."
