JEB BUSH VS. HILLARY CLINTON?

A WASHINGTON POST report claims that a hard press has begun to get Jeb Bush into the 2016 Republican Presidential nominee slot because conservative leaders and longtime Republican operatives are concerned about the electoral viability of New Jersey governor Chris Christie and Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul.  The top 100 contributors to the GOP are said to be backing the move. 

COMMENTS:
It's as if they are deliberately trying to kill off the Republican Party.  This move will ensure the walkout of every conservative in the Party and most of the common-folk.  Will someone PLEASE, PLEASE get the American Patriot Party up and running?

A. Obama is not traveling alone; when he arrived in Belgium, his entourage had 900 members in it.  Just run the costs of going to Belgium round-trip through your brain, for room, food, booze, entertainment and air time on all of those jet planes.  Multiply that by 900.  Any other President would have done it with about 10 or 12.  Then, of course, he went on to Italy and the Middle East.  It’s just too damned bad it wasn’t a one-way trip. 

Q. I’m outraged.  I just read that they’ve been having special promotions and events at Mexican Consulates in order to sign up people for ObamaCare.  (Lefty ~ Sepulveda, CA)
A. They see it is their God-ordered responsibility to enroll as many people as they can in ObamaCare, even non-citizens.  How do you think they made that big jump from 4 million to 6 million in just two weeks?

Q. I see they did recover some wreckage in the Indian Ocean, but that it was not from the Malaysian 777.  They didn’t identify what it was.  Do you have any idea?  (Pat ~ Knoxville, TN)

A. Since they’re not saying anything about it, I have to conclude that it was from a UFO.  Maybe if they run DNA tests on any residue, they’ll discover where Obama really was born.

OBAMA BEGGING PUTIN?

The news yesterday is that President Obama called Russian President Putin to tell him he and the U.S. strongly opposes Russian aggression in the Ukraine and to ask Putin to remove his troops from the border.  The Russian response was that nations need to work together to deal with "continued rampage of extremists" in Ukraine, saying they are intimidating citizens, law enforcement and the government. 

COMMENTS:

In other words, Putin told Obama to get lost.  This continued whining and sniveling on the part of Obama is disgusting and demeans everything I stand for as an American.

A. I am very afraid you are correct.  I do believe in natural mental telepathy; I don’t believe we have yet unlocked all of its secrets, but I’ve had too many telepathic experiences to be able to dismiss them as coincidence.  I think, in that respect, we’re one evolutionary step away from natural mind reading.  The brain is wired and I find it plausible that an electronic device can read the electronic activity.  Put into a despot’s hands, the technology could very well lead to realization of your fears.  The next step, of course, is to use electronic waves to control the human mind. 

Q. What’s this latest flap about some bill the Democrats rammed through the Senate [yesterday?]  Jill ~ Bellingham, WA)

A. Actually, it happened Thursday and in the House, not the Senate.  If I recall correctly, the Obama Administration decided to deflate the perceived cost of ObamaCare by imposing Medicare cuts and transferring the savings to ObamaCare; this was done just before ObamaCare was rammed through Congress in 2010.  That resulted in a cut to reimbursement of medical providers by 24% and has since caused threats by medical providers to quit taking Medicare patients.  The cuts take effect April 1.  Boehner and company picked a point when attendance on the House floor was at a low point and suspended the rules, brought directly to the floor a vote to delay the cut, and ramrodded it through.  That’s fine for the doctors and Medicare patients, but many Republicans are angry because they intended to make political use of this ObamaCare gaffe.  My question is this:  Why did Boehner do this? 

Q. Since it’s the fourth anniversary of ObamaCare, how come Obama is not strutting around like a cock-on-the-walk proclaiming the outstanding success of his favorite program? (Warren ~ Paradise, NV)

A. You have noticed that he’s out of the country for the anniversary, haven’t you?  He tends to get on his jet plane and out of town whenever the going gets tough.  He recognizes that his creation has become toxic, and he’s trying to steer any emphasis on it far, far away.  In fact, he is praying that his visit with the Pope will magically bump up his ratings.

NEW PRIVACY INVASION: GOVERNMENT VS. KIDS

Riley Stratton, a 13-year-old Minnewaska, Minnesota student, was summoned to the principal’s office where officials in the presence of a police officer demanded that she provide the password to her Facebook account.  She had posted that she hated a particular hall monitor because she was mean.  In the interim, the parent of a male student filed a complaint that the girl had posted something of a sexual nature.  They demanded that she fork over her password.  She was then punished for her Facebook remark about the hall monitor, a post that was made off campus and not during school hours.  The ACLU intervened on her behalf and secured a $70,000 out-of-court settlement. 

COMMENTS:

It is also significant to note that the girl’s parents were never notified about the allegations and were not asked for permission for the involuntary search.  All entities of our governments, under the Obama leadership have become intrusive and oppressive and are now attacking the liberties and freedoms of school kids.  How horrible and sad it is that we allow this to happen in America.

A. As I said a few days ago, the history of Russia has been to aggressively pursue acquisition of more countries whenever they can get away with it.  That’s how they assimilated the Soviet Union.  Putin is very intelligent and smart enough not to bite of more than he can chew in one bite; it looks as if he is in fact going after the Eastern portion of Ukraine.  After he’s done with that, look for him to gobble up the rest of the country.  Then, he’ll be on to bigger grabs.  Who is going to stop him?   

Q. I heard that the hotel where Michelle and her entourage are staying in China was deemed too expensive for Joe Biden to stay at in December?  What gives?  (Kim ~ Salem, OR)

A. Well, as you know, Biden is not black, not a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and he’s not the First Lady. 

Q. How can this Administration get away with doing everything possible to prevent the requirement that voters show identification?  (Chad ~ Willows, CA)

A. Because we roll over, play dead and allow them to do it.  All we do is jawbone, whine and complain.  No one has the guts and the courage to contact their Congressional delegation or to put their opinions in print where the rest of the country can read them.

Donald Trump dumped on Barack Hussein Obama big-time over Obama’s statement that Russia is just a regional power and that our biggest security threat is that of a nuclear bomb going on in Manhattan.

Well, I guess Obama surely announced to the world that he’s still enamored with Putin, didn’t he?  And he also suggested that we don’t have the defenses to prevent terrorists from setting off a nuclear bomb in New York, didn’t he?  Talk about a President who acts just like a jackass in a china closet….

A. You can’t blame them; they’re working for a President who’s not doing HIS job; why should they do theirs?  As a matter of fact and from what I hear, all of the Obamas treat the Secret Service like scum anyway.  The truth be known, Barack and Michell are the elitist racists living on the block.

A. They ARE paid, through scholarships.  Where in the hell is this country going?  Shouldn’t I be paid to watch the game?  If you don’t want to go out for sports, don’t.  There’s a difference between amateur and professional in sports.  The rule is, once you become a professional, you can’t play as an amateur in academic settings.  So you have a choice; play for free as an amateur or quit college and become a professional.  I would not be surprised, (and would agree with them if they did), if Notre Dame discontinued its football program.  Good God, we have way too many attorneys in this country. 

Q. Well, you were right; Obama blamed the website and extended the date for mandatory signup.  However, they only did it for two weeks.  Will they extend it again?  (Cecelia ~ Reno, NV)

A. If they don’t get any more signups than what they have, they will extend it again in my opinion.  It’s ironic that the new deadline is the same as your income tax deadline.  I have to say this because it’s important: When you were a kid and your parents told you if you repeated some bad act you were going to be punished, and you repeated that act and did NOT get punished… well, why go for the cookie when you can swipe the whole cookie jar?  Look for Russia to grab more land from the Ukraine; look for Iran to complete its nuclear weapons program; look for Assad to used chemicals against more enemies; look for North Korea to invade South Korea.

MYSTERY WOMAN INVOLVED IN MALAYSIAN FLIGHT 370

Britain’s DAILY MAIL has reported that a woman who purchased a pre-paid phone using a false identity called the pilot of the missing Malaysian 777 just before flight time.  In Malaysia, all persons purchasing pre-paid cellular service must complete paperwork including provision of their identification.  When police tried to locate the person who called the pilot of the ill-fated flight, they instead arrived at a store that sells SIM cards in Kuala Lumpur. They learned it had been “very recently” purchased by an individual who gave a woman’s name, but was later discovered to have been using a false identity. 

COMMENTS:

Every day the plot thickens.  Anyone who thinks this flight was just some mishap that sent the plane flying off into the Indian Ocean needs to have his tree examined.  There’s more mystery here than in any Hitchcock or Steven King novel.

A. $684 million and climbing.  They claim 5 million signups, which is pure bull.  That’s $137 per signup.  I claim they signed up 4 million maximum, 3 million of which have made a premium payment. 6.7 million people lost insurance due to ObamaCare, meaning we spent $684 million in order to reduce the number of those insured by 3.7 million. The predicted cost to the taxpayers for Obama Care was $900 billion over ten years; that’s now adjusted to $2.9 trillion.  That’s just in tax revenues; then add on the increase in premiums and decrease in benefits!

Q. Do you think Anthony Weiner will try another comeback?  (Reynaldo ~ Orem, UT)

A. He just took a job writing for BUSINESS INSIDER.  I can’t resist… “Business Inside Her?”  Believe it or not, his column is going to simply be called, “Weiner.”  I presume he’s going to be targeting the ladies in the audience.

OBAMACARE RATES SET TO SKYROCKET

Already faced with enormous increases in health insurance costs as well as increases in co-pays and deductibles due to ObamaCare, insurance companies are now say that, due to the low number of signups so far, those insured under ObamaCare can expect double-digit premium increases next year.

Pay up or go to jail; Obama’s warming up some comfortable cells in Guantanamo for complainers.

A. They certainly put out a lot of misleading information before, didn’t they?  And, as of this post, no one has actually picked up a piece of the “wreckage.”  They have no “pings” to hang their hats on.  Now, I have to think they would not make the statement that the plane was in the Indian Ocean unless they had good reason to say so, but who knows at this point?  So, I’m going to quit saying it’s in Pakistan or thereabouts and say there’s a 70% chance it’s in the Indian Ocean.   

Q. Given the U.S. sanctions against Russia, do you think Putin will continue to help us in Syria and Iran?  (Ilke ~ Southfield, MI)

A. Who in the world ever said they were helping us in Syria and Iran?  That was a just a lot of hype to get the heat off of Obama.  They still have chemical weapons in Syria and Iran has not… repeat, NOT slowed down its progress toward having nuclear weapons one iota.  Putin has always been on Iran’s and Assad’s side, from the get go and regardless of his offer to “intervene.” If you don’t understand that, I presume you voted for Obama.    

Q. Why did Holder stonewall a Congressional request to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the IRS targeting scandal?  (Irving ~ Folsom, CA)

A. Because the evidence points all of the way into the Oval Office.

UKRAINE: RUSSIAN INVASION IMMINENT?

Indications are growing that Putin’s Russia may be gearing up for a full-scale invasion of the Ukraine.  A massive buildup of Russian forces on the eastern border of Ukraine portend that war may be close-at-hand.  It is generally agreed that the buildup leaves wide-open the possibility of a mistake, a misfire or other spark of what could start World War III.    

COMMENTS:

Let them have the Ukraine.  Why not Poland, East Germany, Czechoslovakia et al?  Who cares?  Do you?  Then, the time has come for us to do something about it.

Q. If the missing Boeing plane is in Pakistan, as you claim, why hasn’t someone on the ground spilled the beans by now?  (Dennis ~ Williams, AZ)

A. Why didn’t we know that Osama was in Pakistan in one hideout in a densely populated area for six years?  Now, I’m not ruling out the southern Indian Ocean, but keep in mind that the last known direction of the plane was northwest out of Malaysia.  To date, no pings from any black boxes in the area of search and the “debris” have yet been identified.  Indications are that the pilots, or someone in the cockpit with intimate knowledge of the 777 aircraft, set the course in the plane’s computer in advance of the apparent beginning of the crisis.  I see no sign that either pilot wanted to commit suicide, but there’s been virtually no information about the flight engineer and whoever was in the “jump seat” either.  So, I’m not ruling out the Indian Ocean, but my gut at this point points to Pakistan or Eastern Iran. 

Q. How does the First Lady get away with all of this gallivanting around the world at taxpayer expense?  (Ana ~ Chicago, IL)

A. To be honest, every First Lady in my memory has taken trips at taxpayer expense.  However, this trips have been to exchange some cultural ideas or educational programs… in other words, there’s been a government purpose attached to the trip as well.  That did not happen when Michelle and the kids went to Africa.  This time, of course, she has her mother with her as well.  They were originally not going to allow any press along but, since they claimed the trip was for official government purposes they got pressured into it.  That put Michelle into a snit, I guess, because she immediately made it clear that no one in the press or media was to be allowed anywhere near her.  The word out of their hotel is Michelle and her prima donnas have been overbearing and have the hotel staff quite ticked off.  In short, it appears that she’s over there making enemies with the Chinese and we’re paying for it.  I wouldn’t be surprised if the Chinese government invited her and her entourage to leave early. 

Q. What do you think is going to happen when the March 31^st deadline arrives for ObamaCare signups and they haven’t met their goals?  (Paulo ~ El Cajon, CA)

A. They’ll announce that the signups got off to a bad start because of website glitches, so they really need to extend the date for signups by 60 or 90 days.  Word on the grapevine is that insurance companies have had their fill and are ready to rebel even through the White House has been strong-arming and threatening them.

IS SOCIALISM DYING IN EUROPE?

Regardless of Obama’s relentless drive to place America solidly under the thumb of socialism, Sweden has become the first of the Western European nations to take a major step away from socialism. According to the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA), “Sweden spent years as a statist economy, with marginal tax rates above 90 percent.  With nationalized healthcare and welfare programs, Sweden had a budget deficit worth 13 percent of its gross domestic product (GDP) in 1993 and a government debt at 71 percent of its national output.”  These deficit and debt levels should sound familiar to anyone paying attention to what has happened to America’s economy over the last several decades and particularly during the first six years of the Obama administration.
