Word out of Washington is that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is going to issue some criminal referrals in his forthcoming report.   Sources say one of those referrals will be James Comey.  Others likely to be referred for criminal prosecution include Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein.  In the meanwhile, John Durham continues his criminal investigation into the FBI... and more.

CALIFORNIA'S DRAMATIC RISE IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

Back in 2014, California's Proposition 47, much ballyhooed by now flailing presidential candidate Kamala Harris, reclassified many felonies as being misdemeanors.  At the time, it was called the Criminal Sentences Misdemeanor Penalties Initiative Statute, or the Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act... as Harris called it.  The reclassified offenses include shoplifting, writing bad checks, some burglaries and drug possession.

Today, crime is soaring across the state.  The criminals are often released on their own recognizance before arresting officers can even finishing filling out the paperwork.  Once released, the criminals commit new crimes, often within hours.  Both citizens and law enforcement officers are justifiably angry, but government in Sacramento seems to be turning a deaf ear to the problem.  "T.S." as Gavin Newsom might say.

There is every indication that Adam Schiff has been schooling and coaching witnesses on what testimony to give.  It looks like he's also been caught red-handed talking with witnesses before testimony when he and the witnesses have both denied such conversations.  He should be disbarred and jailed.

Two illegal aliens killed a California Deputy Sheriff just outside of Sacramento two weeks ago and Governor Newsom elected not to attend the funeral.  Illegal aliens have rights and cops are only cops, you know. 

Elizabeth Warren and her cohorts believe any illegal alien who makes it across our border should be entitled to the same things you and I worked our tails off for decades to earn... and they should get them at your expense.  

A group of liberal Californians, unhappy that there are still some conservatives and businesses in the state that haven't moved out, are now demanding an enormous tax hike on businesses.

The Huffington Post wants to cancel Thanksgiving because people use up too much fossil fuel traveling for the holiday and then they each too much meat, causing more farts and methane gas.

Former ABC News employee Amy Robach has been blacklisted in the media business.  She's the one who spilled the beans about ABC's refusing to break a story about Jeffry Epstein's sexual explotations because he was closely affiliated with the Clintons.  After leaving ABC, Robach went to work for CBS.  When news came out about Robach's story, CBS fired her.  Pardon me, but I think she has one helluva law suit to make.

Ambassador Gordon Sondland testify under oath, allow depositions recording his testimony to come out, and then suddenly ask to have his testimony changed?  The time to change his testimony was when he was allowed to review his deposition for accuracy... not after it was released to the public.

Elizabeth Warren has admitted that tens of thousands of employees in the health insurance industry will have to find other jobs under her "Medicare Care for All" plan.  "Some of the people currently working in health insurance will work in other parts of insurance -- in life insurance, in auto insurance, in car insurance, some will work for Medicaid," she said.  The rest will have to suck it up.

As for the $52 trillion price tag over ten years, she denies the middle class will have increased taxes.  She says the rich and the businesses will have to pay, as if to say businesses won't pass the costs on to you.  Her "program" really should be called Pocahontas-scare.  Remember... you supposedly are the dummies and you simply don't know when they're screwing you.

The left-leaning American Bar Association has gone overboard in its attempts to scuttle President Trump's latest nomination to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Lawrence VanDyke was the subject of a scathing letter from the ABA, sent to committee leadership Tuesday night, which alleged that people they interviewed expressed the concern VanDyke could not be fair to members of the LGBTQ community.

Van Dyke, in his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee, denied the ABA's contention, saying he was not given a fair opportunity to respond to the allegations during his ABA interview. He said when he was confronted with the concerns about his views, he began to answer but was told they were running out of time.  If that doesn't sound just like a Schiff-organized maneuver, what does?

Contrary to the speculation of many pundits, being that President Trump could be impeached and then reelected in 2020 anyway, the Constitution says that if you are impeached you can no longer hold or have any office.

Judicial Watch reports the U.S. State Department has been using a powerful Facebook-owned social media tracking tool linked to leftist billionaire George Soros to unlawfully monitor prominent U.S. conservative figures, journalists and persons with ties to President Donald Trump.  Does this mean, as I suspect, that Soros has been telling journalists what to write and White House insiders how to act? 

On top of high poverty rates, skyrocketing homelessness, rising crime, and the return of medieval-sounding diseases, California has been hit by a series of rolling, widespread blackouts.  Will the last person to move out to another state please turn out the lights... if there happens to be any on? It appears that PGE is telling customers their equipment is substandard and if rate payers want it to be improved, they're going to have to pay for it.  Until they do... they can live in the dark ages, so to speak.  

It's too damned bad the California fires have not burned down the Governor's mansion.

MICROSOFT: THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON SCREWING AND SCREWING

Microsoft is having so many problems with various glitches and "updates" to its Windows 10 operating system that they're almost to the point of issuing daily "fixes."  One of their latest so-called "fixes" has rendered thousands of computers to open up with a totally blue screen and no way to get past it. 

Not to be outdone with this disaster, Microsoft is also announcing it will no longer offer support for its Windows 7 system starting next year.  Glibly, they say you have only one choice: buy a new computer, upgrade to Windows 10 and replace all of your other software that is not compatible with Windows 10.  Bend over.

James Comey says he'll move to New Zealand if Trump is reelected.  I hear a Go Fund Me campaign has already raised $343 million to cover his relocation costs.  

The only thing the House Dems haven't done in trying to get rid of President Trump is to set up a gallows and a hangman's noose on the Capitol steps.  I don't rule that possibility out.  

The House Intelligence Committee couldn't care less about formerly regular briefings on the war against terrorism because... they're too busy trying to impeach President Trump.   National security can wait.

The general consensus is that Nancy Pelosi is refusing to legitimize her "impeachment inquiry" by allowing a floor vote in the House on the issue because, for the fourth time around... she doesn't have the votes.   Perhaps after Cortez takes the Speaker's job they won't have that problem. In any event, the last vote in July failed and, until they have a vote that passes, any subsequent "impeachment inquiry" is illegal, null and void on its face. 

But, details don't seem to bother Nancy.

The real problem in the Turkey vs. Kurds situation is that we've threatened Turkey to back off the kurds, but we have 50 nukes stored 250 miles inside the Turkish border.  NEWSMAX, is reporting the nukes are now potentially to be held "hostage" by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. 

Analysts are now suggesting that Turkey was going after the Kurds whether we were there or not, and that having us stay there was putting our comparatively small contingent of forces at severe risk of being in harms way.

FOX NEWS is rumored to be bringing Megyn Kelly back to the network.  Tucker Carlson is bringing her on to his show as a "guest."  With as much vitriol as she had for President Trump and due to her bashing of the network after she left... should that actually happen, I predict FOX NEWS will be either bankrupt or on the market within 12 months.  Maybe CNN will buy them? 

Shun schnitty, shitty, shifty Schiff: Over 135 House Members have signed on to a resolution censuring Adam Schiff for his outrageous phony portrayal of the conversation between President Trump and Ukraine President Zelensky.  I cannot believe that many Republicans are finally learning how to stand on their own two feet. 

It looks like a repeat performance of the DNC's rigging of the 2016 primaries is in the works.  CNN has apparently been caught red-handed talking about who the network prefers for 2020... and how to make that happen.  

The word is out that if Michelle Obama entered the Democrat fray, she would instantly out-poll all of them put together.

Rashida Tlaib has doubled down on her promise to cut off the pay of any government employee who refuses to testify.  Now she's say that they'll also be imprisoned.  Good job Rashida.  Is waterboarding in the plans also?  Are you going to stop the tongue lashings and start whip lashings?  How far will you go to make us comply? 

I said last week that I thought the FOX NEWS poll concluding that most Americans favored impeachment was B.S.  You can skew polls any way you want and the pollster did just that: most of those selected to take the poll were Democrats.  FOX NEWS chose to portray the poll as being correct and newsworthy. 

Trish Regan suggests that we are on the brink of civil war.  The time has already arrived in this country where you cannot attend a rally with 25,000 other like-minded people and leave without the enemy throwing urine at you, seizing your ball caps and burning them, and breaking your car windows.  It is truly ugly and ominous.

As much as I've come to dislike FOX NEWS,  I do have to agree that letting Trey Gowdy go was the correct thing to do.  They've historically parted company with any one who went to work for high positions in government and for political organizations. 

However, don't expect Gowdy to perform set the world on fire or to meet any high bars of achievement.  His time in the House convinced me that he is a man of many words and few good accomplishments.

UFO'S OVER NORTH CAROLINA

A slew of lights spotted over the outer banks off of North Carolina is raising a stir in the news and on YouTube.  Someone suggested they might be military exercise flares, but military sources were quick to deny that they had any aircraft flying in the area.  

The display of lights is very similar to what appeared over Phoenix in 1997 and at other locations around the world over the years.  Maybe alien beings from another planet are bringing in another hoard of Democrats?

Senator Amy Klobuchar says she has the "smoking gun" that's going to impeach and remove President Trump from office.   "He is basically going to one leader after another trying to get dirt on his political opponent," she says. "I consider that a violation of our laws. I consider it a violation of the election laws. You've got the smoking gun document, but now you’re getting... reports of another whistleblower that is going to back up what the first whistleblower says." 

Has Adam Schiff finally, after three years of insisting that he had a smoking gun, finally manufactured it and given it to Klobuchar?

Tired of hearing the truth, Kamalala is demanding that Twitter suspend President Trump's account.  If other Americans want to hear the truth, that's their right.  Likewise, intelligent beings who don't want to hear the truth don't have to follow President Trump's Twitter account if they don't want to.  But, Kamalalala wants to seize the authority to decide for you.

Do House Democrats intend to subpoena the White House shoeshine boy for documents and information about the Ukraine telephone call?

Bernie Sanders is sporting new stents.  He's going to take a few days off and relax in one of his ostentatious mansions that he says Americans have no right to own.

Adam Schiff, who appears to have more ties with the Ukranians than either Biden or Clinton, helped the "whistleblower" write the "complaint" about President Trump's phone call, and Schiff is now peeing in his pants because he's been caught red-handed. He's even trotted out Nancy Pelosi to speak on his behalf. 

Pelosi, upon being questioned about how the House can proceed with an "impeachment inquiry" without a vote on the House floor to do so, bore her heart on her sleeve when she basically retorted that when the Democrats control the House, they can make whatever rules they want and, should the Republicans not like it, that's just too damned bad.  I suspect the Republicans will shuffle off into their offices and forget about it.

WHISTLEBLOWER SHAM

It has historically been the rule, well-founded in the law, that information provided by a whistleblower must be first-hand information...  not hearsay, not from fiction newspaper stories, not figments of imagination.  Just days before the Ukraine call whistleblower accusation, some "unknown" god changed the rule to allow for hearsay third-party accusations from a whistleblower.  How convenient. 

The current whistleblower says he/she got their information from two other individuals he/she overheard in a discussion... two individuals who thus far have refused to come forward on their own or to identify themselves.  If this doesn't sound like third-world fascist tactics at hand, what does?  Everyone involved in this contrivance, including Adam Schiff, should be in jail.

SIMMERING IMPEACHMENT PLOT REACHES BOILING POINT

It's apparent that the Democrat House now intends to file Articles of Impeachment against President Trump without even having a floor vote.  At the speed with which things are now occurring, we might expect this to happen within weeks, if not days. The Dems absolutely have to have this done immediately in order to counter the revelations about to come forth from the Attorney General's investigations into their corrupt and criminal activities... which also explains why they are attempting to marginalize Barr and destroy his credibility.     

In fact, the need is so urgent that it appears Adam Schiff was even willing to dirty his own hands and the hands of his attorneys by directly participating themselves in the creation of the whistle blower's "complaint." Schiff at least knew of it and was involved in the process in early August, weeks before it became public.  All of this is possibly, if not probably, has been done at the behest and covert urging of America's sweetheart... Nancy Pelosi.

Evidence confirms that... not only did Vice President Joe Biden use his political power to threaten Ukraine into favorable treatment toward his son Hunter, but... three prominent Democrat Senators, (Menendez, Durbin and Leahy), threatened to stop U.S. aid to Ukraine unless the country investigated President Trump.  The Dems even went so far as to ask Ukraine to somehow provide Robert Mueller with information to be used against the President.  

In the meanwhile, former Secretary of State Jon Kerry has been holding secret meetings with the Iranians in an overt effort to undermine President Trump in the Middle East.

Out in sunny, illegal-immigrant infested California, a lady was caught pushing $6,000 in quarters down the street in a baby stroller; she had just stolen the quarters in a burglary.  My initial reaction to the story was that she was a two-bit hooker going to the bank to make a deposit.

Elizabeth Warren's penchant for fabricating fairy tales knows no bounds.  The latest gambit by her and her staff is exaggeration of the size of her rallies.  Monday’s rally in New York City’s Washington Square Park was touted as Warren’s largest to date, with estimates 20,000 people showed up.  The venue holds a maximum 10,000 people and was licensed for 8,000 to 10,000. There was also a plethora of vacant seats.

Campaign crowd estimates by the Warren staff have generally been running about three times the number in actual attendance.  She should probably stick to rain dances.

The Trump Administration is planning to issue citations against the city of San Francisco for allowing pollution from its homeless encampments to flow into the ocean, bay and streams.  Bound and determined to maintain the status quo of urine and feces piling up on the streets, the City appears ready to fight the citations all of the way to the 9th Circuit Court. 

Pelosi is rumored to have told Nadler to back off his impeachment quest.  Inside sources say that the last time she told him to back off, he told her where to stick it. 

Now that John Bolton has proceeded to air his dirty White House linen in public, I have changed my mind about him.  The President was 100% correct in firing him. 

For some strange reason, the Federal Bureau of Prisons is flatly refusing to release any documents or records pertaining to Epstein's incarceration and death.  Yes, there is some conspiracy going on.

NEWSOM IS A STUPID JERK

This from KTLA Channel 5: "California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday announced that he has commuted the sentences of 21 prison inmates, most convicted of murder or attempted murder and seven of whom had been serving life terms with no chance of parole. The freshman Democratic governor cited the youth of several of the offenders when they committed their crimes. He also criticized what he called the “disproportionately long sentencing enhancements” for some felons, including 25-years-to-life enhancements for using a firearm. 

Newsom is an anti-gunner, yet he doesn't longer sentences for those who use a firearm in the commission of a crime?  Inmates convicted of murder or attempted murder get out of jail?  Why not just close all of the California prisons and save us taxpayers some money?

Top 2020 Democratic contenders Kamalalala Harris, Elizabeth Pocahontas Warren, and Julian the Jackass Castro announced on Sunday that Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh "must be impeached," after new, uncorroborated and disputed allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh surfaced in a weekend New York Times piece, months after the infamous Kavanaugh hearings and decades after the alleged misconduct.

These asinine evil-doers make me want to puke.  All three should be relegated to the trash bins of shit-disturbers.

ODE TO THE DEMOCRATS

The Democrats have a history of using thousands of party members to manipulate public opinion using the method of contacting radio talk shows pretending to be "ordinary listeners" and presenting the party talking points, according to a recent report by NEWSMAX. 

Congressional Dems are working feverishly to increase Social Security payroll taxes.  No... benefits will not simultaneously increase as well. 
Besides, any increase in Social Security benefits next year will likely be eaten up by increases in Medicare insurance premiums.
Let's be realistic: A forced "buyback" program for guns is actually gun confiscation.  That's what many Dem hopefuls are demanding.

I can't believe that the United States Attorney is bringing charges against Andrew McCabe for lying about the Hillary investigations, but I CAN believe that the DOJ did everything possible to circumvent such a charge.  I can also understand why CNN hired McCabe; they're surrounding themselves with scoundrels who tried to overthrow our government. 

Why is it that whenever the Dems disagree with someone, they always have to apply a label?  

Having no luck in peddling her "Green New Deal," AOC now plans to break it up into smaller pieces and get them passed one at a time.  One way or another, it seems, we're going to have to do as she demands.

The major problem with the Washington DC. protest to demand President Trump's impeachment last Monday at 11:00 AM is that... not a single soul showed up.

"This person is not a legal citizen within the United States," Merced Sheriff Vernon Warnke said.  "We had him in our custody in January of this year. And because of the folks in Sacramento limiting our ability to cooperate with ICE, we could not turn him over."  Warnke is sick and tired of sanctuary city and state policies.

The mainstream liberal media hasn't said one peep about it.  The issue of illegal criminal aliens in the United States doesn't fit into the liberal Democrat agenda.  If you try and put an illegal criminal in jail or deport him, you're the demon.

NEWSOM GOES AROUND THE BEND-BEND

California's Cracker Jack Governor, Gavin Newsom, has just signed into law a bill that says when a cop asks for a citizen's help, the citizen can tell the cop to go pound salt.  Imagine a cop, bleeding in the street from a gunshot wound, asking someone to call the paramedics and the person walks away, letting the cop die.

And Newsom expects men and women to sign on as law enforcement officers in California? No wonder crime is soaring in the "Golden" State. No wonder every law enforcement agency in the state is grossly understaffed.
