A former Syrian general who defected to the West says that
Assad retained "hundreds of tons" of deadly materials which he
pretended to renounce and abandon in 2013.
Indeed, evidence suggests that the Sarin gas used recently was
manufactured long, long ago.
COMMENTS:
Putin’s Russia assured the United States that the
chemical weapons had been removed. That assurance makes them complicit. And the Obama White House knew that chemical
weapons were used in Syria subsequent to the agreement, and did nothing about
it. You may recall several instances of the
use of “chlorine” gas in recent times; one has to wonder if Obama deliberately
misinformed the U.S. public and if the gas used was Sarin gas instead. In any
event, Obama also seems to be complicit.
